Subway

A young immature female with brown hair that pulls her hair back in a ponytail, told me tonight "did you rush to get here"? I replied "no". She said "Well I see you all the time here and I know that you know what time we close"!!!!  I think I arrive around 5 min til close. This is the 3rd time this person has been rude "verbally" to me and my wife. As a business owner myself I would have to say that whoever owns this store really needs to know about this rouge employee. If this was my employee, I would fire her on the spot. I kept my mouth shut long enough. I ever stated to my wife, when this young "unlady" like girl shot off her mouth to my wife. I told my wife, "hey, maybe she's having a bad day". But it's not just 1 incident, this has happened 3 times. Not good TROY, IL SUBWAY. BAD BAD BUSINESS. I will never spend another dime again until this person gets canned.
Even the other employee's told me "SORRY". They know who it is that's doing this.
I was so offended, and I have been around for 36 yrs. No one has ever talked to me this way.

Two years after my initial review, this Subway still sucks.  The service here is horrendous.  On my latest visit they made a completely different sandwich than what I asked for.  Then they looked at me like it was my fault.  I can't help it that you didn't listen to me.  Completely ridiculous!
