Taco Bell

Had really poor service at the West 3rd Taco Bell, so I figured I'd try this one out -- after all, it's fairly new, maybe they'll try a little harder, right?  So I stopped in one night and ordered some tacos and empanadas; I was told the latter wouldn't be ready for ten minutes but that was okay, I could wait.  So I stood there in a mostly empty lobby for TWENTY minutes until I finally said good grief, what's the holdup?  Strangely enough, the empanadas suddenly became available, so I took my bag and left...only I checked the bag outside and found out I'd been shorted one empanada.  I went back in and told them about it; the guy goes into the back and comes out carrying an empanada bag by the corner with two fingers and says "this was on the floor but it's still in the bag so it should be fine..."  

So, if you're up for some cheap grub and have LOTS of time to wait and don't mind if it's been on the floor or not, by all means, stop by.  Me, I think I'll give this entire chain a very wide berth from now on...
