Macri's

The owner and staff at Macri's were very accommodating of our very large group, which was especially impressive given that we were there during the IU game. The TVs upstairs were great for watching the game and the mozzarella sticks and bloody marys awesome. Thanks Troy!

This place has the potential to be a fun sports bar/pub. Unfortunately their food is overpriced, of poor quality, and it is terrible. The place is drafty and cold. The drink specials are pretty cheap, but that is the only good thing I can say. When you can find better pub food for less just about anywhere else in bloomington, no need to go to Macri's.

Last night, 12/14/12, my wife and I walked into Macri's at 6:15 and joined a larger party from work who were already there.  The place was a little less than half full.  The waiter greeted us with, "You guys wanna drink?"  Charmed, I'm sure.  I said that we'd need to look at a menu and he was gone.  Ten minutes later I got up from our table in search of a menu.  In the meantime the server was socializing at the bar and could easily have been mistaken for a customer.  At 7:00, we left.

Three parties failed in their duties: the management, the server, and the server's mother.
