What. the. hell. iiiiiiiiiiiiis this place? In good company any place can seem ok, but the surrounding crowd was enough to scare me away after an hour. Granted it was a ppv ufc that night so we may have walked into a rougher crowd. It quickly became a hostile environment  when a girl who was ready to throw down because a chair got in her way. How dare you, chair! The bar was quickly overrun with only 2 bartenders and an impatient angry mob. I made a quick escape and avoided eye contact at all costs.

I got more dirty looks and rude comments from drunk locals than I've seen/ heard since high school. Yeah.
It was karaoke night and the sound was so loud and so annoying we had to shout over each other to even order food.
That said, the bartender had an amazing voice, sounding similar to Reba McIntyre and she was super fun to watch sling drinks and sing. Our waiter was also super cool and as usual the service and kinsmanship in New Orleans is outstanding.
The nachos I ordered were typical bar fare and kind of gross, but I had no expectations of great food once I stepped inside. My friend ordered the steak, on the suggestion of our hotel personnel and said it was great! So, there you go.
Stiff drinks and very entertaining, if you're not scurred.
Im here working and its my first time in the New Orleans area other than pumping gas  and this spot is "tits" other than the horrible music that dont belong outside a strip club or a crappy network television show. The drinks are cheap and the people are cool so all in all I would recommend this place to anyone in the area
Review Source:very nice local pub with friendly staff. Went here because I read the rib eye was great and it was. Good quality and cooked perfect to my request. Order the frys that will cost you extra but will be worth it. The potato salad that comes with it was not very good. Walking distance from a few local hotels.

Young guy waiting on our table did OK, but this is a bar, more than a restaurant.
The "barmaids" looked pretty wore out.
The TVs were super loud.
Choice of beers were good.
The crowd was on the edge of rough.
The place looked grungy...the whole place needs a good steam clean and refurbishment.
I doubt I will ever go back.
Wow! I thought no way was I getting a "best ever" steak at a bar, I was wrong. The steak was awesome. When I set at the bar and saw the A1&57 setting out I was again thinking if it needs sauce its not going to be any good. But a 20oz for 12.95 and others saying how good it is I had to try it.
You have a choice between a side salad, potato salad or fries. I went med_rare with fries. Jest before my dinner came out I grabbed the ketchup (I refuse to use A1-57). When my plate came out (again WoW!) it was a great looking steak with seasoned fries. The steak and fries were both so good I didn't even use the the keychup.
I add my approval of this place.

WOW! Â Last week I ate dinner at the diner attached to the same building and this week I went sniffing around for a little more.......and buddy did I find more!!! Â What an OUTSTANDING Ribeye Steak!!! Â The baked potato salad was delicious but not as delicious as the delightful steak!
I cannot wait to return!
This is my favorite bar in kenna brah! This is the place to go to watch UFC fights!
Drink a few beers, eat some good bar food, play a few games of pool, and kick back! Loads of fun here. The crowd is always cool and laid-back. The bartenders are nice and they have plenty of tvs and games to keep you entertained.
