I went to this place once with my husband, and I just didn't get it! Â It had only been open a couple weeks, and it already looked old and worn, particularly in the bathroom. Â Hooks on the stall doors were broken, there were dents in the doors, missing toilet paper holders. Â I know this is just the bathroom, but it was disgusting. Â The rest of the bowling alley was mediocre at best. Â It looks like the owner was trying to make a cool, clublike atmosphere (like "Lucky Strike" in Hollywood), but it just seemed so shoddy. Â Honestly, I prefer to go to a plain old bowling alley (like Brunswick) that isn't trying to be something it's not. Â I don't know, it just felt gross inside. Â Also, customer service at the snack bar was no good. Â Bartender was nice though.
Review Source:I would have given it no stars if I could. I came here with my husband to have a great time. It took forever to get noticed at the front counter on 04/19/2013 and their was no one in line. The guy at the front desk was looking at us, but took a while before he helped us. Then we went to get a couple of drinks at the bar, the 1st time we went up we bought two drinks a guy helped us he seemed friendly enough. We left him a tip. The next time I when up alone an older women with blond hair helped me on the receipt it said reggi not sure if that was her name. She was very rude to me, I asked her to make me cranberry vodka light on the ice. She replies I can't do that. I said why not that is the way I would like it. She then smirks at me and laughs says alright now her and the male bar tender I had help me are now laughing amongst themselves and she mixes my drink with all cranberry and gives it to me and says here. I take a sip of it and it was like straight juice I said this taste like all juice, she replies if you want me to put anything else in it you need to pay me another $5.50 what a joke. That killed it for me we spent 20.00 plus tax on the lanes and 18.00 on the drinks and that is the kind of service and treatment we got. I will never go back I give my business to the Hemet lanes instead. I went and let the front desk know what happened they did nothing about it just said sorry. If you want really poor service and want to throw your money away to people who don't care about customer service go here.
Review Source:Customer service was rude. Â That was enough for me. Â I will keep going where I originally was going which is Brunswick in Murrieta. Â I was excited for the new bowling alley but the treatment I received there quickly washed away all the excitement. Â My family and I will no longer be going to this establishment.
Review Source:The staff treated both my wife and I like we did not exist. They gave us the run-around when we were just trying to enjoy ourselves by playing a little pool and bowl. We ended up leaving before we even bowled because we were so frustrated. Horrible experience! If you enjoy being surrounded by annoying teenagers, an incredibly unprofessional, non-caring staff, then this is the place for you.
Review Source:My wife and I tried out bowling here on a weekday night and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Not too loud, dark, or obnoxious like many lanes are, and the other patrons weren't acting crazy. Most of all, the staff was extremely friendly and actually treated the customers like they cared if they came back, another bowling alley rarity. This place is an unassuming gem, we'll be back.
Review Source:I was definitely surprised when I saw this place pop up in Temecula. Looking outside, the building doesn't look very attractive and inviting, but I was out with co-workers one evening and we decided to check it out. The inside is really hip and has a younger crowd. There are many billiard tables and probably 15-20 bowling lanes. There is also private lounge areas you can rent, as well as private billiard and pool rooms. Definitely a run place to go if you are looking to have a decent time in temecula and enjoy some drinks. The drink prices were insanely cheap, I bought a round of drinks (2 beers, 2 AMF, and 1 Rum and Coke) for $35. Not bad!
Review Source:It's about time Temecula got it's own bowling alley and I have to say they did a great job of it. There are 20 lanes, a pro shop, arcade, a private party room, private tables in the lounge for parties, pool tables, a snack bar and last but certainly not least, a GIANT bar area. All the staff I've encountered there are super friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. My husband has already been here several times and well definitely be back soon!
Review Source:Temecula has it's own brand new Temecula Lanes! Â I happened by on the way to Saigon Noodle House and saw this new place. Â The signs haven't gone up yet - should be up this weekend. Â They've got 20+ lanes, a bar, about 5 or 6 pool tables. Â Nice, new, and pretty. Â League bowling Monday thru Thursday. Â Open bowl Friday thru Sunday. Â Check it out.
