To The Nines

I first tasted the food of To The Nines, the on-site restaurant at Central Nine Career Center, a few weeks ago while attending a meeting in one of the center's conference rooms. I was quite impressed with the quality of food that was prepared by the students who were catering the event as part of their work with To The Nines, which teaches culinary arts to students in a four-county area. I decided I really needed to come back to eat in the restaurant and was recently able to stop by for a late breakfast, which happened to be a breakfast buffet. The wait staff was friendly, courteous, and extremely attentive. My husband and I feasted on a delicious buffet of biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, egg casserole, potatoes and onions, and a pan of warm pastries. The total bill for our two buffets and coffee was $11. It was a wonderful deal. The atmosphere of the restaurant is much nicer than I would have imagined and we will be returning in the near future.

Note: the hours of the restaurant are a little odd --
Breakfast: 8:30am-10am Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Lunch: 12-2pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
