Ok. Â I can agree with some of the other reviews. Â Great wings. Â Great draught. Â Miserable bartenders. Â They don't take credit cards. Â Locals are near hillbilly. Â What do you get with 32 patrons in Tom's B&G? Â I squeezed into the lone seat at the bar between the lady smoking and coughing like she had TB and two giggling 20 year olds calling and pranking some local hillbilly boys I guess. Â Most unfriendly blue collar bunch I ever encountered. Â Bummer, but I liked this place...
The answer to the question above....a full set of teeth. Doah!
Checked out Tom's for the first time a couple of Friday nights ago. Â It's what I was hoping for - a good old fashioned bar with down to earth people - cigarette smoke, and reasonably priced drinks. Â The service was great & the place was busy. Â I say it again to anybody who cries about smoking - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Â You have more choices than us smokers will EVER have again. Â So just GTFO and move on and don't ruin it for us!!!
As for Tom's - don't change a thing. Â It's like I was back in the 80s & 90s again.
WILL RETURN!
Tom's is a great local bar. 10 beers on tap including a handful of micros and rotating seasonals. Reasonable drink prices and  attentive bartenders.  There is a kitchen and staff; the food is mainly bar food, but good (great wings) hot or cold sandwiches made to order with daily specials. How can you not like a bar that serves hot perogies and sour cream?? Good jukebox too. I find some other reviews of Tom's amusing, this place is not a dive bar, these reviewers must  be used  to "TGIF Chochkies" and "Shady Mccrappies" type chain bars and they wouldnt know a real dive bar if they saw one anyway.
