We went this evening with the family for dinner. The service was very slow. We have 3 children ages 11, 5 & 3. Thankfully we dine out often enough that they were patient. The menu was quite limited, but we all found something to eat to our liking. None of us thought our meal was amazing by any means. We had the chicken Cesar salad, sweet potato fries, the Vermont burger, shrimp tacos, kids burger and kids grilled cheese. I would say the quality was that of maybe Applebee's except our bill for 5 of us was $85!!!! We will not be going back due to overpriced food and VERY slow service.
Review Source:Really surprised by the food. I had pretty low expectations for a hotel restaurant, but glad I tried it out. I got the green mountain melt sandwich on gluten free bread. The ham was really flavorful, the apples were sauteed, and the cheddar didn't take over the show. The ingredients were fresh and local, which made a big difference. The side of fries were typical restaurant fries, nothing special.
Review Source:Moderately good restaurant with limited options. Â The house salad would be much better if made fresh. Â And how about homemade salad dressing rather than store-bought?
Friendly service, nice sized portions... Â Add about three more entrees and make your salads fresh, you'll get more stars!
