    Great Private Party Venue

We held my son's bar mitzvah Shabbat dinner here and Tulullah's came through with flying colors. They bent over backwards to make us happy in ways that were meaningful for us. Very tuned in and helpful staff, great owners. The food is beyond phenomenal, especially for the South Shore.  There is just no place like this around here - innovative, healthy, locally sourced and hip.  Love their ice balls for the drinks! We had a joyful and meaningful dinner with our out of town guests.

Tullulah's opened my mind (and my stomach) to a whole slew of unique and interesting food pairings. This American new, trendy type of atmosphere was a nice change from the usual places I eat at.  If you are up to trying new flavors and with a hip vibe, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The atmosphere is dark with dim lighting. There's a small section when you first enter where live bands come to play on certain days of the week. Then past the entrance is a long bar full of a lovely selection of craft beers. AMEN. They have a chalkboard listing at the bar numbered with the flavors that night. The bar itself is so classic and minimalist. Then of course is the dining areas and they even have a private/sectioned off area for groups.

I came with some Yelpers and the great thing about "foodies" is that we're pretty much willing to try anything. And with a tapas-style/tasting menu, it was a match made in heaven. What did we get you may ask? I think the question is: what DIDN'T we get?

Mac and Cheese: they were able to turn a classic dish and make an even BETTER more modern version. Smoky, bacon-y flavor incorporated into the ooey-gooey cheese. A crowd favorite for sure.
Burrata: Crispy crunchy outside, melted rich cheese on the inside. Combine that with truffle oil and crispy bread. Heck yes.
Cod Belly: An unexpected favorite of the night. The flavors in this one dish alone will send you to the moon and back. Pork, vanilla, bourbon maple? Don't be too skeptic. Trust me and try it.
Chorizo: the ultimate balance of sweet and salty. It was phenomenal.
And for dessert: Blueberry Bread Pudding. The best bread pudding I've had so far.

Despite our large party, the waiters were on top of their game. Making sure our water glasses were full and our plates cleared (once all the food was devoured of course). They were really nice guys and very accommodating.

All of this paired with my Oatmeal Stout. It was one of the best meals I've had in a while. Tullulah's is almost too good to be true. I only have 3 words for you: TAPAS, TAPAS, and TAPAS. Visit here, you won't regret it!

Came here with a group of Yelpers :) The food was what you would expect at a place like this, trendy new american lalala you know, everyones doing it on Long Island now. The inside of the place as well as the service is what threw my star from 3 to 4. It is just so cozy inside.. rustic.. wood.. lit up in some spots dark in others.. COZY.  I would love to come here with friends and get some drinks and share some apps. I did like the macaroni cheese with gouda but it was very rich. Everything else was Good and satisfying and I was happy having just a taste of each thing that night but the only thing that made me want to have more and more was the Pork belly on top of the Cod. While the sauce is a bit too sweet and overwhelmed the fish for me, that pork belly brought everything right back into balance RIGHT IN THE NICK OF TIME. So If I came back I would just get that dish.

I also really liked the salad with the pears and nuts. Was not impressed with the mussels, that broth needs some work or perhaps the plumpness of the mussels. I did remember the clam risotto well. I like fishy things and the rice tasted like clam broth. I actually enjoyed this very much too now that I think about it.

The drinks were too small though. Martini glasses were the small ones, not the large ones. Bummer on that. I would go for the beer, not the cocktails.
