Looked for a place to have some karaoke action on a Saturday night and we found the full martini.
The place is cute, pretty big and theres areas with couches away from the bar which I like.
Karaoke was good. Lots of songs to choose from. Only gripe is that you have to read the words off of a computer screen instead of a larger TV or something easily readable.
You can definitely tell they have regulars for karaoke. One girl sang an EXTREMELY raunchy version of "I touch myself". It was hilarious.
They also had the rangers on the big screen which is 2 thumbs up.
They have a pool table however it was covered. I dont know the times its available so just be aware that on a Sat night it wasnt able to be used.
This is a really nice neighborhood bar that specializes in (obviously!!) martinis. Personally, I am not a martini drinker, full or otherwise. Not much of a drinker at all, for that matter. However, when my very eclectic group of friends decides to get together, this is one of the places we frequent.
Nice bar, pool table (no one danced on it tonight, but it was close!) and apparently wonderful martinis in a vast spectrum of flavors, etc. Tonight there was a DJ as well as karaoke. What we find so great about this place is the back room, which has a bunch of comfy leather chairs and couches. It makes for a nice way for a group to all interact easily. There is also a small, fenced patio area out back, for smokers or smoochers or whomever.
Our group varies in age from 30's to 50's (I told you it was an eclectic group) and we all fit right in very comfortably. It is not a dance club, or a pick-up place. It's a nice bar to hit when you want a local, all-good, no pressure place to hang out with some friends.
