I don't understand the point of reviewing Twin Peaks because it's not like you are coming here for service or food quality. That being said let's give it a whirl.

I'll start by comparing Twin Peaks to its biggest competitor in the "breastaurant" category, Hooters. Twin Peaks wins on every metric except cost. The food is better, the atmosphere is nicer, the outfits are skimpier, etc. I'll even go as far as to say the ribeye pot roast surprised me in its quality and taste. It would be nice if they had  at least one craft beer on tap, but that would be a stretch.

In the end though, if you are going here, none of what I said is probably a factor in that decision.

Terrible service. I know service isn't really what a place like this prides themselves on, but it's horrid.

I've been here three times, and the third (last night) will be my final time. let's recap my three visits:
Visit #1: We are seated, and the waitress sits at our table with us and starts to complain about how they keep seating people in her section and she doesn't want them to. She flips through her book while seated at my table, and says "Ugh, I have way too many tables right now". Once she gets our beer order, we see the bartender pour the beers and set them down. We are not served them from our waitress for another 10+ minutes...[[[[Although I can't say it's that bad since they serve their beer colder than beer is supposed to be served if you know anything about beer. While on the beer topic, I agree with the reviewer who mentioned the gummy iced head. Beer flat out isn't supposed to be practically frozen and it DEFINITELY isn't supposed to be gummy/grimy on top. I don't know if the creator of TP has just never attained any knowledge of craft beer or if he's trying to appeal to a crowd that doesn't know better, but it's bad]]]]]. Anyway, the server forgot several items and treated us as if we were her coworkers and she could just complain about customers to us. We may be young (22 and 30), but we are paying customers who normally tip very well.. treat us as such.

Visit #2: Seated outside on the patio for a late lunch. Being that it was time for the morning crew to get off, no one was notified that we were seated. Several waitresses passed and it took a very long time for someone to come to our table. When she finally did, she apologized and said they didn't know which girls were staying late for the after-lunch crowd, so they had to argue over it in the back. I am a server here in BR, and let me tell you.. no matter WHAT is going on, someone is sent to greet a new table.. even if they may not continue waiting on them afterwards.
Once again, beers took an absurd amount of time to arrive.

Visit #3: (Last night) As the hostess walks us to a table, we pass a waitress sitting in a booth with a customer. She sees the waitress walking us to her section, and says to herself out loud where we can hear her: "No no no no, not my section! UGHHHHH"
The hostess seats us and tells us our server will be right with us, but she is unsure of her name.
Once seated, she greets us and gets our drinks. She is nice to us, but obviously very nervous and asks us if we need something every couple minutes. She pronounces the Sam Adams Summer Ale as "Sam Adams Summer ALLEY" and called another beer "Seasonal whatever it's called". She has no idea what is in the food or what comes with anything. She tries to give us the check when I have only taken one bite out of my sandwich.  I even told her that if she is being cut to go home early, we can close out with her and get a new server, but she says she is not getting to go home early. There was no reason for her to be pushing us out the door.

All of these visits, the food was perfectly fine. It's a real shame that a restaurant one would usually think could be good is tarnished by horrible service. I have been waiting tables for a few years and it is completely obvious from a server's POV that they do ZERO training on their girls. They do not teach them about the beers, what is in the food, how to talk to customers, etc. All they know how to do is sit down next to a man and flirt with him to get money. I'm all for that when you know how to wait your tables too. When I look around and there are more families in there than single men, you have to know how to serve. Wife and 4-year-old-kid aren't there for you to sit next to Daddy and rub his leg. I understand the "niche" of the restaurant, but I have NEVER had bad service at a Hooters.

Twin Peaks has glowing reviews on Facebook and other social media from their loyal gawking-man fanbase. I suppose they're probably doing fine catering to that crowd, but I do think they should do something about their service. Educate the girls. The REAL money comes when you not only make the man happy.. you are good enough to make his girl happy too. Bar owners everywhere know you offer something to get the ladies in because men follow their ladies.

At the very least, let them know what is okay and not okay to say to paying customers. You don't sit with a customer you've never met and tell them how annoyed you are that you have to serve them. You simply don't do that. Might as well look at me and tell me to leave.
