We went to Weber's for a brunch a couple months ago and won't be back. Â Advertised "wild" salmon was really farmed Atlantic salmon (the cheap stuff) and to make matters worse, it was slathered with a thick sauce, yuk. Â The vegetables were overcooked and drowning in butter, pretty out of step with today's menus and tastes. Prices were over the top, especially for the "atmosphere" (totally lacking), and the food (poor). Service was less than mediocre.
An old restaurant attached to a hotel that needs updating in a big way. Start with serving fresh, lighter food at reasonable prices. And serve what is advertised on the menu. Most people know the difference between wild and farmed salmon.
