Wendy's

I have yet to go through the drive through at this particular restaurant where I haven't gotten a patty that should have been relegated to the chili meat long ago and fries that have been under the heat lamp for 30 mins longer than they should have.  If I want a decent Wendy's burger, I go to the one on Miss and Chambers.

Seriously? A fast food place actually needs a review?

Ordered at drive-thru, a few cars ahead of me, lunchtime(1230ish).
#5 Combo Double, with chili(asked for cheese and onion) instead of fries.
What I got: Single cold patty with unmelted cheese, wilted onions, unripe tomato slice, brown lettuce piece, and a bun that was harder than a brick. The hamburger itself had to be cooked yesterday at best.
Chili, no cheese, no onions, NO SPOON!
Package of Barbecue sauce???  which had crusty sauce on the outside as it had leaked out(added bonus maybe?)

Receipt didn't even match order. Called and spoke to manager, asked to correct future issues as I wasn't driving 20 minutes back for replacement. Said he would address issues, was polite, and apologetic. We shall see.

This Wendys is sooo choatic. Im not sure if its a staffing issue or a training issue, but every time we go there they are scrambling. The food is typical wendys, and we have never experienced a major issue, its just the craziness of the employees.
We once had to wait for the drive thru person to take our order, inbetween her cars, and then wait for her to serve us between the cars
