Wicked Mirage Hookah Lounge

I'm giving this two stars because I do like the atmosphere of the lounge. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from and it's a nice place to hangout if you're with a group of friends. The downside is the customer service, particularly Brian's. I was very dissatisfied because he was  rude and disrespectful. I don't ever want to go back if he's working.

Wicked is the premier hookah spot.  The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and on it. The have the best brands of tobacco around. They know how to prepare a bowl, place the coals and tend to them all the time. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Atmosphere is just as a hookah lounge should be. Love this place.

I'm a big hookah smoker. Everyday actually. So when I'm traveling to the bay from SoCal I always went to wicked in concord. As i expected this new location was as good and maybe even better. I love wicked. One of the only lounges I have been to that is clean, has great service, packs a great long lasting bowl, is fairly priced and keeps the coals fresh. I love this place. Note to the owner: open one down in SoCal lol
