I'm giving this two stars because I do like the atmosphere of the lounge. They have a great selection of flavors to choose from and it's a nice place to hangout if you're with a group of friends. The downside is the customer service, particularly Brian's. I was very dissatisfied because he was  rude and disrespectful. I don't ever want to go back if he's working.
Review Source:Wicked is the premier hookah spot. Â The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and on it. The have the best brands of tobacco around. They know how to prepare a bowl, place the coals and tend to them all the time. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Atmosphere is just as a hookah lounge should be. Love this place.
Review Source:I'm a big hookah smoker. Everyday actually. So when I'm traveling to the bay from SoCal I always went to wicked in concord. As i expected this new location was as good and maybe even better. I love wicked. One of the only lounges I have been to that is clean, has great service, packs a great long lasting bowl, is fairly priced and keeps the coals fresh. I love this place. Note to the owner: open one down in SoCal lol
Review Source:Came here for the 1st time the other night on a whim, it was pretty empty. When we got into, it seemed like alot of people were just laying back chillin, maybe a few were even asleep? lol I dunno, but the atmosphere is really chill, also they play good music. The service was good too, people were really nice.
Now onto the hookah part. I definitely do not consider myself a hookah amateur. I know what good hookah is when I have it, and this place has it! They use quality shisha in their bowls, and they have good mixes (ask for which ones they recommend). I had the sour skittles flavor and it was pretty good, in taste & smoke.
Now I believe the people who give this place low stars is because they don't know good hookah. Although this place is a little pricey, you get what you pay for definitely(18 for single flavor & 20 for mixed). I've been to a few hookah bars and they are junk compared to when we do it at a friends house, because usually at bars they pack the hell out of the bowl and then just stick a HUGE like kingsford coal or something on there and let it cook and burn the hell out of the shisha. But this place does it right, 2 coals, well packed bowl, and they cycle your coals often so it doesnt burn. It also lasted about an hour of so before we got sick of it.
If you like cheap burnt smoke, go to stogies in Richmond, pretty much all you can smoke for 10 dollars but its like smoking cigars dam near.
It you want the good stuff, I recommend this place. They know what theyre doing.
PS. if you think hookah is suppose to taste like a cigarette or cigar you need to look up some hookah tutorials or something. It suppose to taste GOOD, shouldn't even taste the smoke.
This is one of the best hookah bars I have ever been to. If you're ever in the Bay Area and looking for a place to go this is the place. Their service is incredible and they keep the charcoal coming until you're ready to leave. They have a tons of flavors to choose from. Â the prices are reasonable * its a good place to do group parties, birthday parties. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill, i love this place and i recommend it to all of the hookah smokers out there.
Review Source:Nice place, but expensive. Went here on a Sunday night and was seated pretty quickly. Tried the chocolate flavored hookah. Pretty good.
I was really glad this place had a good ventilation system, so it wasn't overly smokey in the room. The coals burned for quite some time and the bowl seemed to be packed well.
Before going back, I would definitely consider the price. It was $18 for the hookah which I guess includes two people and every person on top of that is another $5. We had 4 people with one hookah, so it was $28. A little pricey for me, but that could be because I have my own hookah, so I'm used to it being free anyway.
If you've never tried hookah and don't have anything to do in Brentwood, like usual, this place would be somewhere you might want to check out if you've got the money and some friends.
It's an OK place to smoke, great place to hang out. Bring a lot of people, cuz they got lotsa space and stools in there. NO, the lounge bed are NOT comfortable by anyone's standards, they just look nice. The cushion are only 1-2 inches, so don't jump on it. The leather stools, however, are a lot more comfortable.
Clean place, though, and real nice employees. They are very helpful, patient, and professional. They give good recommendations and tips, and they even check on you to see if you need a refill or something to drink. The decor is nice here also, and the menu is pretty extensive. Everything about this place has great presentation. I think the space is way too open for my liking, I like my privacy. But if you want to smoke in privacy, go do it at home yourself, I guess.
Big downside is the price. Pretty expensive here, considering you can get the same stuff so much cheaper if you have your own equipments. I came in at 10pm on a Saturday, got a lounge right away, so it's not badly busy, but every lounge was filled, though, so business is still good.
I was really excited to try this place out while living in brentwood due to the fact that the only fun thing to do is hit up tailgaters. This place does not deserve 5 stars. It's really small and nothing compared to an actual hookah lounge. Their hookah prices are a total rip off! Ppl plz note that you can buy an entire can mix of tobacco at any smoke shop for $10. Some places even have the 3 for $25 deal. These people charge $20 something for their mixes which I find to be really sad. Not to mention that they charge non-smokers as well for just hanging out w you! smh! I will never return to this place again and I'm glad I walked out and smoked my own at home. Stop ripping ppl off just bc they don't know better! Ty.
Review Source:So ive been to the one in concord a bunch of times. I found out they opened another one in Brentwood I was like Hella yeah alot closer to me. The way they pack the bowls is amazing right when we ordered a hookah wait 2 minutes then it came out with coals. the employes are very friendly. Go for a good time relaxing time. Go for a good time.
Review Source:Came here on the Grand Opening and the place was packed from opening till 2AM.
Comfortable lounge bed/couch seating and plush stools. Decorated with a middle eastern theme, good lighting and very clean interior.
The owner and servers were very friendly and the coal service was very prompt. Customer service was an A+. Wide variety of flavors to choose from, prices ranged 15-20$.
I'd recommend calling beforehand to make a reservation because it filled up fast and there were a few groups waiting to be seated. This is going to be a hot spot for Brentwood. Good place to take a date or a group of friends to have a good time.
Will definitely stop by again on my trips to NorCal. Cool place!
