Inspiring/ unique/ cozy food and atmosphere! The Wild Fork toadily owns up to its name. I'm going to channel my inner wild fork for this review; you have been warned.
Are you visiting Tulsa? Are you shopping in Utica Square? Are you taking your out-of-town family out to eat? It's time to get funky and genuinely local - eat at The Wild Fork.
Disney movie-like magnolia trees and the Utica Square gardens surround the entrance and patio space. This is one of those magical places where dining inside is just as magical as outside (weather permitting). Prime people watching on the patio with the smell of tulips. Inside, the quarky lighting will catch your eye and bring it to all of the expressionistic art hung.
There is a phenomenal breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu served Mon.-Sat. My favorite of the three is breakfast menu. Why? The coffee is delicious and overflows my cup. On the huge three egg omelet I ask for egg-whites with spinach, shallots, cheese and potatoes. The sourdough french toast is something someone always gets at may table and it always looks stunning.
For dinner, begin with a lentil side order salad. It's funky AND fresh.
Then, proceed to the Red Cornmeal Crusted Chicken. Trust me. The proportion is large so have some will-power to put some in a doggy-bag (do people still use that term?) so you don't need to wobble out.
My fork is wild here. Yours will be, too. Holla.
