Wine steals won back their fourth star.
Their pizzas are thin crust, the best way. It is not easy to perfect the thin crust, getting the dough perfectly thin is just part of the challenge. It just takes a few seconds for a good pizza to burn and toppings can really change cooking times.
The arugula salad: Pros: Nice size, fresh arugula and peppers.
The Cons: Too sweet, I would love to balance the sweet with nuts or cheese instead of the sweet raisins, cantaloupe and dressing. The lemon dill dressing is okay, but a tiny drip fell on my skirt on my very first bite and it left a stain on my skirt. I have to ask why it was so yellow in the first place, the only thing I can imagine is that they use food coloring. Lemon juice would not make the dressing look so bright. I would avoid that dressing altogether
Wine Steals is a great location for an afternoon snack, the crowds were happy and the service was good, they cleared dirty plates away quickly which is very important.
