Great soups. They let you sample any or all of the eight or so choices. Lobster bisque and a tomato based soup are always cooking, plus a bunch of others as well. Healthy  fast food- awesome.

First of all let me say this, amazing. The food is absolutely amazing. I enjoy the Cheeseburger Royale soup and the Southwest Turkey sandwich. They never disappoint. My wife enjoys the Greek salad and Lobster Bisque. The food is hot and delicious. You are able to try any of the various soups they offer. The soups rotate on a daily basis so there is always a great selection. On to the staff, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner is a wonderful woman with great rapport with the customers. She remembers repeat customers and inquires about how they are doing. This place has it all, food and service.

Panera has a really good competitor with this place. Their soups are super yummy!

I wanted to try a place that had healthy food that wasn't Subway. Yelped this and even though it was 80 something degrees out, I still went to try. The place is small and they have a wide range of soups everyday. I would say at least 7 or 8, maybe even more. They also have a small menu of sandwiches.

The service was really good. They let you sample any soup you want before you buy and as many as you want. They are famous for their lobster bisque and chicken pot pie. Tried the lobster bisque and it was okay. A little runny and sour to me, but what other fast food place serves decent lobster bisque? It was good for what it was.

I tried the chicken pot pie soup and the chicken greek wrap. Both were really good, even the greek wrap surprisingly. The soup was thick, hearty, full of meat and vegetables, and sprinkled with crumbs of pie crust. Fantastic idea! It was the best substitute for a real pot pie. The greek wrap tasted very light and was smothered in the tzatziki sauce that I love.

I have always been a faithful fan of Panera Bread, but honestly I think this place has better soups. It's what they specialize in and you really can't go wrong with that. What this place has that Panera doesn't is that it focuses on what it knows and makes it really good. Panera is good all around which is probably why there are more people who go there. It sucks that there is just one located right down the block from here.

I really wish this chain was found in more places.

Although it may be 110 degrees outside, I was craving some of my favorite soup from Zoup!--the Lobster Bisque. It's creamy with chunks of lobster. Yum!

Anyway, Zoup! has a wide selection--vegetarian, low-fat, dairy free, and gluten free soups (although I don't think the Lobster Bisque falls under any of those categories).  What I especially enjoy is that as you're standing in line, you can sample the various soups before deciding which one you want. They also have yummy Veggie Chips. You can also order online and pick up your food. And there is free Wi-Fi for folks who want to get some work done at a nice soup-sandwich-salad place.

If I want soup, I know where to go.

A trip to Evansville is not complete without a cup of Zoup's Chicken Pot Pie soup. I've become so obsessed with this place that several staff members know who I am and what I want without asking. I'm like their Norm.

The soup menu, for those unfamiliar, changes daily outside of a few staples (Chicken Pot Pie, Lobster Bisque). While they're known mainly for soup, they also have quite a few sandwiches, salads and delicious cookies to try out. Most of it is pretty healthy, which is an added bonus.

Zoup is a clean and welcoming environment with free wi-fi thrown in for good measure. Highly suggested.
