Abbey Road Bar and Grill

Very fun place to visit.  The staff is friendly and attentive.  The live music is always great.

Birthday boy chose this place to celebrate the other night and boasted about 50 wings for $15 deal, so we gladly came out. The place is pretty small, with limited parking, so you may have to park along the side of the strip. This is one of those bars where smoking is allowed inside, so be prepared to sit in a cloud and reek of it by the time you get home.

Every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, they offer half off wings, which is where the 50/$15 deal comes in. Could this be a new wings hang out spot to rival WWC? Maybe. The sauce choices are okay, not nearly as abundant, but you can get different wing flavors in groups of six, as well as the unique option of MIXING sauces together. Birthday boy suggested mixing lemon pepper and ranch. Sounds kind of gross, but it's actually VERY good. The bourbon actually contains bourbon and you can distinctly taste the alcohol in it. The lemon pepper was good, and the spicy teriyaki wasn't spicy at all. The wings were of good size, too, and cooked crispy.

However, the service was t-e-r-r-i-b-l-e. Our decently large party took up the three main tables in the center of the bar. The first table got their drink and food orders in pretty quick, while the waitress neglected everyone else. Then, our table got our drink orders in right before a friend came back from the restroom and she totally ignored him and didn't bother asking what he wanted as he took his seat. The ladies wanted adult beverages, but the waitress disappeared for so long, that they went to the bar to start a tab there instead. Throughout the night, three or four ladies serviced our tables and all but one was terrible. The others were completely rude, gave us attitude, and NEVER came to our table except after everyone had gotten everything and didn't need anything else. They disappeared to the back every time someone needed a refill or wanted to ask about the status of our food.

It took a total of one hour and 45 minutes from the time we sat down to the time we received our wings. This is typical at a place like WWC, where the place is completely packed, but here, WE were almost the entire restaurant. There were a few other people here and there, playing pool or shooting the breeze at the bar. I don't know what the waitresses were doing that kept them SO busy and not taking care of us. The long wait was mostly due to the fact that we couldn't get our damn orders in, and every time we tried to flag our original waitress down, she ran to the back.

The ONLY thing that saves this place, for me, are their lemon pepper/ranch wings.. at half price.. plus $5 off the bill if you purchase their Yelp coupon. 50 good, crispy wings for only $10? Yes, please. NO to everything else.

I have been to this bar several times and have not yet been disappointed. The food is very good - expansive menu. The servers are super friendly. Live music on the weekends. Perfect
