Adventurers' Hut

Great place to grab a beverage right outside where the old Adventurers Club used to be.  If you don't know where that is, it is located at Pleasure Island just across the bridge from Planet Hollywood.  It is a kiosk style full bar that always has a line, but not usually too long if the kiosk bar across from it is also open.  Grab a drink and sit and watch the live music or living statues.
