  Love this place.  Most likely the best value you will find in West Hartford.  It is a much nicer place than the American Legion would let you to believe.  I like that is a bar and that is it.  It allows smoking at the bar and has a non smoking section also.  Drinks are cheap which is great.  I like the crowd here it is usually alot of local employees from restaurants and bars in the area.  Service is very good. Even after a couple times going they knew who I was and what i drank.  So if your looking for a real bar and not pay $11 for a drink I think you be plesantly surprised with this place.

  i love this place.  it's no frills, down to business cheap ass bar where you can smoke inside.  don't come here if you can't deal with cigarette smoke -- there will be a lot of it here.   i actually think this is probably the only real "bar" in WeHa center, since the only other place that i think off -- that irish place -- was actually built for a purpose of being a bar, so it feels manufactured.

  We went here for drinks recently and it was great! It's a small little place in a usually uppity city and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing prices. My husband had some beers for 2 bucks each while I had a Black Cadillac Shot (Cafe Patron with Bailey's to top) for only $6 bucks. (it usually goes for around $8 + depending on the bar).
  
  Overall good experience and we would definitely go back!
