  I think they should rename this crapplebees. My 8 year old son ordered the lemon shrimp pasta. They brought him the shrimp over rice on the health food menu? Didn't even offer to fix it after I asked. Cold french fries. YUCK. My baked potato was rock hard. YUCK.  They were very slow this past wednesday night, so I guess this is how the food and service is all the time. Crappy!

  Food is good and service is usually always pretty good too. I love the Oriental Chicken Salad! Reasonably priced and great lunch specials.

  I went to Applebee's on my way into work today, and I must say the service Dave provided was of 5 star quality, he was very attentive, and the food came out fast, and was perfect. It wasn't busy, and the waiters were standing around talking amongst themselves, but Dave made it a point to leave the group every so often to check on me and the other tables he had. Great experience.

  I travel a lot for work and often end up in Applebee's, So Far So Good but, this location has some odious employees. I recently made a car-side-to-go order over the phone for a pick up In 15 minutes for the crews for a late night departure and when I showed up there were no food. After about 30 minutes, this non friendly staff showed up with our Pastas which ended up in the trash. Our food was very salty and ice cold along with a garlic bread that could not even bite on due to the dryness and the food was poorly prepared. NEVER RETURNING to this Applebee's again. Glad we had plenty of peanuts and breakfast bars in the galley to calm our hunger down.

  Awesome, awesome service at this location.  We sat at the bar and two bartenders took care of everything we needed, making sure we had drinks, our food was delivered in time, and we were satisfied.  Applebee's are Applebee's, but the food here was above average and the customer service is something they obviously teach to their employees and encourage them to treat customers well.  Will definitely go back if we're in the area. Great prices on happy hour drinks and appies.

  Went here when I went to Naples with the family. It was good. Service was friendly and HAPPY HOUR (my two favorite words) was AWESOME (my third favorite word).
  
  Its Naples soooo... um you see alot of calf high socks, thigh high khaki shorts and ALOT of island shirts lolol.
  
  There were also running the 2-4-$20 special, so that's a plus!
