WOW. CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN HOW HORRIBLE OF SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!

sorry for the long review in advance.

Went here for dinner on a Saturday night, maybe around 5:00 pm. When we walked in they weren't very busy and the hostess were talking among themselves and arguing about working together as a team and didn't even bother to acknowledge that we had walked in. After finally being recognized the server walked us over to the bar area.. not really where I wanted to sit. I asked if we could have a booth and he said "none are available this is the only seat", can't offer us to wait for a booth? Okay fine, so we sat there. We waited at our table for about 15 and server finally came over to us. We ordered our drinks and he walked over to the bar. Another 20 minutes goes by and we still haven't received our drinks. A different server comes to our table introduces herself and asks if we would like to order drinks. Ummmm I swear I already did 20 minutes ago? We let her know we ordered already and she walks away. 5 minutes later she brings us the beer and water we ordered. I go to drink my beer and THERE IS A HAIR IN THERE!!! I quietly go over to the bar and show them the hair and she just looked at me took the beer and emptied it, no sorry no anything. Another 10 minutes goes by and still haven't received a new beer. Our server brings us the new beer and said "sorry I thought you already got your beer, are you ready to order?". We ordered, nothing fancy. The food was mediorce, took too long to get it. While we are eating another server comes and introduces himself and says he will be taking over. That is now 3 different servers. We finally finish our food and are ready to leave and it took another 25 minutes to receive our check.

I couldn't believe how terrible the customer service was. I honestly wanted to talk to the manager but I couldn't even find one! Don't think I will ever be coming back here again.

I love this place. Great atmosphere.
Food is great.
Service is friendly but a little slow.
Happy hour is the best time and deal.
