It wasn't bad, but there wasn't anything to really be impressed about either. Â We ordered the beef carpaccio with goat cheese as the appetizer. Â The presentation was very nice, but the flavor very bland. Â I had the special for dinner, which were scallops over mushroom risotto. Â The scallops we a smidge underdone without any browning on them, but they were close enough to done that I ate them. The risotto had an excellent flavor, but it was also slightly underdone. Â Had my group and I not been in a hurry to get to a show, I would have sent it back.
The service was very friendly and fast, which is always a huge plus for me. Â The server was also very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Â
I'd be willing to go there again and give them another try, every restaurant has an off night every so often.
What awful service. Â Given that we came during a period that there was a street festival going on but it seemed as if they were short staffed and ill-prepared. Â We had to flag down the server several times who kept forgetting to bring us whatever we requested, from ketchup to silverware. Â The hostess was more helpful than our actual server as we had to go and chase down someone to help us out.
The food was ok. Â Nothing worth going out of your way for.
First time dining at Arcadia. Since they're known for their beef I ordered the filet. I was a bit underwhelmed as It was a bit on the dry side though it was ordered medium rare. The a la carte sides (broccoli rabe and potato au gratin) were very small for the price. The deviled eggs were great and others at my table enjoyed the lobster bisque. Â If I returned, I would order something other than the filet.
Review Source:went here for brunch and was really satisfied. started with the pastry basket which comes with about 5 different pastries, all equally delicious. I had the orange and lavender French toast, really good big portions. my favorite part was the truffle French fries my boyfriend got- I think about those French fires daily..literally the best I've ever had.
Review Source:*oyster - clean and refreshing. I would get this again.
*kale salad - exactly how I imagine it to be. Perfectly coated with dressing and combine well with the anchovies.
*roasted brussels sprouts- I don't usually waste food but I only ate 1/2. It's flavor was great and was perfectly cooked, but it was too bitter. I do not recommend this unless it is of season.
*scallops- ok, I finnish it but would try something else next time. The polenta was forgettable.
I have eaten here several times without reviewing and will rectify that now. It is one of my very favorite places to go for dinner. If there are Brussels sprouts on the menu, do yourself a favor and get them. I know you don't think you like them, but trust me on this, they will change your mind.
Also, the wine dinners are fantastic. I went to the Vegitarian Wine Dinner with a die hard veggie friend of mine and we had a marvelously inventive dinner which is rare for a place known for outstanding beef. They are a great value if you get a chance and the second floor space where they are held is wonderfully intimate. I used them for a private event last summer and they are seriously the BEST for that. There was no additional rental fee, only a minimum, unlike every other space I had looked at.
And right now there is a lobster pot pie on the menu that is fabulous. I had it last Friday and I'm plotting my return for a second go round.
Also, Abe Lincoln ate here. What other endorsement do you need?
Graduation and Mother's Day 5/12/2013 - I honestly expected this place to be absolutely and ridiculously packed. This is my first time here since Gutenberg closed (D:). Â When we arrived, they had lost our reservation, and with a party of over 10, this was not an ideal situation. However, they were extremely accommodating, and after they solved the mystery of the lost reservation, they were extremely apologetic. While we waited for our table to get set up, we sat at the bar with a jovial and fun bartender, and the drinks were great.
We had dinner upstairs and the view was absolutely stunning, as it always has been. The sun was setting, and our waiter was kind enough to get up and remove the blinds so we could see it going over the horizon. That's attentive service!
Food is great. Had my first ever oyster - probably won't do that again, but no fault of Arcadia, I just don't have the constitution for them. The deviled eggs are top notch. Never in my life will I enjoy deviled eggs as much as the ones I had there. Main course, I had the Fish Of The Day - marinated perfectly, cooked deliciously, and the pumpkin seeds really meshed well with the flavor of the sauce.
Very, very impressed... will definitely be back!
Came in for a quick drink on St. Patty's day to avoid the chaos of the streets. Â Quick service, friendly staff, very cute decor and setting. Â Decent selection of wine! Â There is something to be said about a place that can hold there establishment and service in tact on such a hectic day - I look forward to coming back to try the food!
Review Source:Arcadia helped us host a business dinner for 20+ people this week in the upstairs dining room. Â Jackie and the team provided service that was efficient, friendly and attentive. Drinks came as we needed them, and our food arrived in a timely manner... and everyone's order was correct! Â Our guests complimented the pork osso bucco, the rockfish special in particular. The portions were large and satisfying. It was a relaxing, calm and comfortable experience. Thank you Arcadia!
Review Source:Had the blue crab salad and blue crab sandwich with fries with my daughter and it turned out not to be what I expected. im usually happy but it tasted burnt and a little overcooked. it's kind of dark but if you let it sit there little too long, it tastes a little overdone but the wine was good. Won't eat here again:(
Review Source:This was a delicious and relaxed meal. There is an upstairs that seems like it has a pretty nice view. I'd like to check that out next time. Â We had a few nice glasses of wine (very affordable, around 8-10 dollars a glass).
I had the pork osso bucco, which was a HUGE portion on the shank bone. This was delicious! Not as pleased by the "barley" risotto. Luckily, we had ordered sides. The mashed potatoes were heavenly, maybe served a tad cold, but buttery and wonderful. For six dollars a serving, it's definitely enough to share. The brussels sprouts were kind of mushy, but the flavor was great. We also got the lamb chops, which we asked for medium and they were slightly overdone, but still tasty. The celeriac puree was meh.
I was happy we ordered dessert. The pear tart was fantastic. I know salted caramel ice cream is overdone now, but damn it, it's still delious.
The ideal place to celebrate a birthday! I celebrated on Friday night with some of my closest friends, and Arcadia couldn't have been a better venue. This was my first time here since it switched from Cafe Gutenberg, and I had such a soft spot in my heart for the former restaurant that I was interested to see the changes. Arcadia has definitely done well! The L-shaped bar is huge, and provided the perfect setting for grabbing a few cocktails before sitting down for dinner. The bartender had a great sense of humor, and whipped up a delicious dirty martini.
When it came time to dine, our group tried a number of different menu items, and all were quite tasty! Some of my favorites include:
- Deviled eggs: I'm a sucker for deviled eggs and, without fail, always order them when available. Arcadia's version was different than any I'd ever had, most likely because of the truffle oil. They weren't too creamy, and the flavor really popped in my mouth.
- I ordered the salmon as my entree and it was cooked perfectly. An incredible, buttery texture with seasoning that really allowed the salmon taste to shine. Brussels sprouts were the special vegetable of the evening, so I requested to sub those in place of the lavender cubed potatoes (which I'm sure are also amazing). I received a hearty portion of sprouts and was so excited to be eating my favorite fish along with one of my favorite veggies.
- The bf ordered the lobster pot pie, so obviously I had to snag a few bites. It was creamy with awesome chunks of lobster inside of a flaky puff pastry. Perhaps my favorite aspect of the dish was the word "arcadia" written on top with seasoning. I'll post a photo to give you a visual. Sometimes it's the little touches, and this one was pretty darn cool.
- One of my friends ordered the rock shrimp mac & cheese, and was gracious enough to share. Since this was one of the items I had been eyeing on the menu, I was glad to be able to taste it and delight in the creamy, cheesy, shrimpy mixture. This is not your average mac and cheese; it is so much better! Although it was listed as a small plate, the portion was substantial and I'm pretty sure my friend didn't even finish it all (and it was not because we didn't like!).
I've also got to give props to our server, who was polite, friendly, professional and an all-around solid hostess. Arcadia has a great thing going on, with a beautiful, upscale setting, personable staff, and inventive, delicious culinary creations. We'll definitely be back!
I've been dying to go here since it opened and finallllly made it last night. Hit the bar first and had a wonderful champagne with a hint of sweetness to it. Moved on to dinner promptly at our reservation time which was great considering we had a table of ten. Two wait staff attended to us promptly. Good wine selection - enjoyed the Caymus Cab. Mixed green salad with house dressing was generous and light. The blue crab cakes were beautiful and a nice portion - not too much and not too little. The roasted scallion mayo added a delicious bit of flavor to the cakes.Others enjoyed steak and yellowfin and by all accounts food was excellent as the empty plates testified. Will definitely return. Love the location and happy to see Arcadia in it.
Review Source:I really enjoyed my dining experience here! One of my roommates had been raving about Arcadia for a good while, so I was excited when we finally made it out on a nice day with our other roommate.
To start, we ordered our beverages off their menu of freshly squeezed fruit sodas. The fresh lychee and lemon soda was amazing as well as the blood orange!! Our roommate tried the prickly pear with agave and did not enjoy it as much, but the waiter was kind enough to let him swap it out for the lychee. I would honestly go back just to have that soda again! Any of the soda flavors can also be made into a bellini, if that's what floats your boat.
We all decided to share an appetizer and went with the deviled eggs with basil gremoulata. I thought the presentation was pretty amazing for some deviled eggs! Topped with caviar, it was probably the fanciest and tastiest deviled egg I've ever had.
I personally ordered the Rappahannock oyster po'boy and thought it was delicious. My mouth is actually watering right now just thinking of it! The oysters were so buttery and perfectly fried. One of my roommates got the salmon salad and the other got the Braveheart BBQ sandwich. The salmon was cooked well but the salad was just average to me. The BBQ pork in the sandwich was good but I was expecting a little more with the bun and fix-ins. I would have loved if it came with a house-made slaw or something of that sort to make it stand out! Both sandwiches came with our choice of either crispy truffle fries, white bean and arugula salad, or cucumber salad. We both went with the crispy truffle fries and were disappointed that there was no "crisp"! They were actually pretty soggy, but the flavor was definitely there and I could see the potential.
I would love to come back again to check out their brunch menu as well as the rock shrimp mac and cheese. And for that lychee soda! Mmm!
I visited Arcadia during a business trip to Richmond. The food was great. It is very fresh and light. No flavor is too overpowering. I got the tilapia (it was the Chef's fresh fish) and our table shared dessert. Everything was just really, really good. The restaurant is a little small so you might want to make reservations (we did). The staff is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the owner (that's always a nice touch!)
All the deserts were great. My coworkers got steak and it was very, very good.
If you are feeling adventurous, tell your waiter that you will let the Chef decide your meal. The person sitting beside me did this and they got a little extra loving!
Tip: Parking around this area can be a little tough. There's a guy on the corner that does valet parking...save yourself the time and valet your car, it's only $5 - $10.
Been wanting to try Arcadia for a while but the prices kept me away. Went recently for a work related dinner and they were very accommodating and patient of our large group.
I'm always on the look out for rack of lamb and theirs was excellent! Not gamey at all and cooked perfect. For the prices I would have liked a side included especially with their steaks. For any type of side it is a la cart. Their fries are very good.
The desserts were also very excellent.
Watch out for the salt in a little dish on the table - many people mistook it for sugar and put it in their teas!
The carpaccio was ok. It didn't have any seasoning that I'm used to such as lemon, oil, salt and pepper. It was just raw beef. There was also too much mousseline cream and it overpowered the beef.
I had the bronzini (sea bass), which was cooked whole. (See pic I uploaded). That was great but I wish it was a tad crispier. The tomato, oregano and onion tasted refreshing as it had a vinegar taste that complemented the fish very well.
The ratatouille was a little bland and slightly mushy.
The Pork Osso Bucco was spectacular. It was falling off the bone and packed with a big savory taste. But the risotto that came with it, was slightly under cooked.
The Split Pea Soup with Kielbasa Sausage, was a nice touch.
Overall, it was a pleasant evening. Â It might be a hit or miss depending what you order. But the service was good and atmosphere was subtle. Arcadia doesn't make the top of the list, but worth a try.
Lunch w/ my daughter....the agave prickly-pear drink was really nice. The Oyster Po-Boy's were excellent ...we both had the O-P-B's w/ the Split Pea soup...A nice combination. We got there very late for lunch 1:50PM and they were to close at 2PM however, we were treated wonderfully, didn't feel rushed. Service, food, ambience all were just the way you want it. Very, very nice! Another special restaurant in RVa.
Review Source:Have only been here for lunch once, so the review may shift!
Based on the one visit, I'll say that the menu is terrific, the execution appears to be pretty darn good (no surprise, given Matthew Tlusty, the owner/chef, has a great reputation), and the wine and beer lists are tight and impressive.
My caesar salad could have had more garlic in the dressing, but the fact that they put boquerones on the salad? BOOYAH!!
I have a client just down the street, so this place might start seeing me more often. Looking forward to it.
We chose Arcadia to celebrate our anniversary, and it was quite simply one of the best meals I've had, much less the best in Richmond. Â Like many, we were greeted by the owner, John, who cordially wished us a happy anniversary (okay, it was on the reservation, but still). Â We were seated by the windows overlooking the outdoor seating area and a bustling Shockoe Bottom on a beautiful Saturday night. Â We skipped appetizers in favor of a nice bottle of Oregon pinot gris, and both of us ordered the tenderloin, my husband choosing ratatouille for his side while I chose the shaved iceberg salad with duck bacon. Â If DonK below claims that the tenderloin was tough I'd venture dollars to donuts he got it above medium. Â I got mine rare and it practically melted in my mouth; my husband got his medium rare and said the same thing. Â The salad was excellent and my husband enjoyed his ratatouille (although he didn't give me a bite, boo). Â Since it was our anniversary we said what the hell and split a piece of decadent dark chocolate flourless torte topped with crunchy sea salt and accompanied by amazing dark chocolate ice cream. Â If anyone can eat this on their own God bless you. Â It was so rich I couldn't manage more than a few bites, but what a few bites they were! Â Service is great as well and like others have noted John came to our table to chat with us. Â It's a little bit pricey for us to have dinner here on a regular basis but you better believe we're coming back to try brunch. Â Man, I love living here!
Review Source:Went here with a large group of friends and we were greeted warmly by the owner the second we walked in the door. A nice start! Â
They put our group together at one big table despite the fact we had made reservations online at two different tables.
Everything on the menu looked delish. I went for the scallops small plate because once I see scallops on a menu I can't stop thinking about then until I make them mine. They were cooked perfectly and were sitting on top of some pretty little potato cakes. So creative and added some crunch!
Then I went for the rockfish main course. Again cooked perfectly and super flavorful.
It was a little pricey but a pretty little spot to celebrate a special occasion. The interior was fancy but I felt comfortable walking in wearing jeans.
Can't wait to go back. I definitely want to try the brunch.
A group of 8 of us went last weekend. I've been for drinks before and was anxious to try their Braveheart beef. Â Ordered the tenderloin with an iceberg lettuce salad and Yukon Gold/Sweet potato fries. Â The steak, well quite honestly, the prepackaged bacon wrapped tenderloins from Kroger are better...($7 vs $28). The steak was tough and tasteless without the butter that they try to hide it in. Â
The fries, think potato sticks. Nothing to them. No taste except for grease and salt.
The salad, well...chopped iceberg lettuce with a decent dressing but a bit pricy.
I wasn't going to say anything...live and learn but the waitress saw that I didn't finish the steak so asked. I told her it wasn't up to par but no big deal. They offered me a free desert. I selected bread pudding. Another bad choice.
We did two other desserts at the table. Some sort of peach  crepe or pancake and a chocolate dish that had the best chocolate ice cream I've ever had.
Recommend going for a glass of wine, maybe some coffee and dessert, but avoid the overpriced and tasteless steak and fries.
This was my first trip to Arcadia. I was he with a large group of friends during a monthly reunion over a fabulous dinner. I ordered rock shrimp ceviche for an appetizer. It was beautiful! It was cold and marinated with the perfect amount of citrus, perfect for a hot summer night. For the main course I got the lobster pot pie because I was curious more than anything. It was very good, it was a mix of lobster mixed with a delightful sherry cream sauce and a perfectly puffed pastry piece sitting on top. I was impressed, but a little disappointed because it wasn't as hot as I would have expected, I'm sure due to the large size of our group. I gave them a pass this time because everything else was so enjoyable. I also had a Hardywood Singel to go with dinner, I'm glad they are supporting the local. Overall it was a great time and I will return, it's a nice place in the heart of Shockoe and worth a try for sure.
Review Source:I visited Arcadia for this first time this week as a part of the "Sampling Shockoe" event that was taking place. Â I went intending to eat off of the three course sampling menu, but made the huge mistake of looking at their full menu before ordering! Â While the sampling menu sounded delicious, it just could not compare to some of the tasty things offered on the full menu!
I ended up ordering two small plates - the rock shrimp mac & cheese and the mushroom and goat cheese terrine. Â Both were excellent choices!
I don't want to brag or anything, but I'm pretty sure I started this whole shrimp and macaroni and cheese phenomenon and few years ago when I horrified my friends by ordering shrimp in my Noodles & Company mac & cheese. Â I'm glad my delicious creation has finally caught on! Â Arcadia does it proud, with a yummy, creamy, cheesy sauce and plenty of chunks of perfectly cooked rock shrimp!
The terrine was the real star of the show though! Â Three different types of mushrooms and goat cheese in a beautifully sculpted plate of food. Â The mushrooms had a really great, almost meaty flavor and mixed really well with the goat cheese. Â My only complaint about this dish was that it was very tiny!
Some of my friends got equally as delicious items including a lobster pot pie, rockfish and grits, and fancy deviled eggs!
I will definitely be making my way back to Arcadia soon - it's worth the trip to Shockoe!
I had a simply excellent meal here. They serve an agave-and-prickly-pear beverage at brunch, or did when I was there, and the brunch pastry basket was really phenomenal. I'd recommend eating inside, as the decor is pretty charming.
My main was the house-style eggs benedict, and included a delectable pair of braveheart medallions. I'd go back in a heart-beat on the strength of that alone, but my experience was just immaculate end-to-end. I'd match it toe-to-toe against Uchiko in Austin, though perhaps not Uchi.
Everything was great about our dinner at Arcadia...from the drinks, to the bread, to the appetizers to the entrees. Â We had eight guys who ate and drank a lot and the staff was attentive throughout our meal. Â John, the owner, came over at least twice to check on us and make sure we were being taken care of. Â
The food was excellent. Â We ordered close to everything on the menu by the time it was all said and done. Â I would skip the deviled eggs (lacking some taste) but otherwise everthing was great.
Perfect spot for a quiet evening for two or four...or a group dinner. Â We requested a space away from the other guests as we figured we'd be loud and they offered us to dine upstairs by ourselves. Â It was the perfect spot and the perfect meal.
One of the best restaurants in Richmond that I've visited. Â Nice ambiance, great service and phenomenal food.
We arrived just a little while before closing time (and admittedly, somewhat tipsy) but they were extremely welcoming and got us seated right away.
I had the shrimp ceviche and strip steak; both were excellent. The waiter recommended the garlic / parsley butter for the steak which went nicely. It's rare that I mention the bread in a review but it was simply fantastic.
Overall just a really fine establishment.
Went here for brunch this morning, and had a solid 3.5 star meal. Â
We started with the pastry basket, and they were hot- leading me to believe they were homemade. Â The assortment though was just ok- three danish and one biscuit. Â I would have rather had more variety (a scone, a muffin, etc.) and have them all be smaller...
I had a cappuccino, which was fine- but they didn't have skim milk. Â
Then I had the fig-stuffed french toast. Â The french toast itself wasn't bad, but there wasn't a fig to be found. Â ANYWHERE. Â I even had my friends taste it to make sure I wasn't missing it, but no, it wasn't there. Â It looked like there was something in the center of each piece of toast, because it was mushier than the other parts, almost to the point of being under cookied... but no extra flavor or pieces of fig. Â VERY DISAPPOINTING. Â Luckily I had filled up on the pastries, so I didn't feel bad leaving most of it on my plate.
The french toast also came with a hash of yukon and sweet potatoes- it needed some additional seasoning and to be warmed up. Â
Overall, it was an ok meal but I can't say I'll be quick to come back for brunch. Â The service was great though, and they have a nice patio...
Although i really miss Cafe Guttenburg, Arcadia is a worthy replacement. I ate here for lunch and ordered the Braveheart burger with NY cheddar - It was pretty good. For the side, I opted for the white bean salad which was also good. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back to try their dinner menu.
Review Source:I have been here for lunch and dinner but was inspired by my recent lunch visit to write a review.
I had the kale caesar salad with anchovies on both visits and I hope they never, ever take it off the menu. Â I could eat this salad every day for every meal. Â It's rare to find a true, good caesar dressing and this one comes with beautiful white anchovies (fresher-tasting and more delicate than the more common black anchovies) and toasts. Â
I was very impressed when I returned for lunch and requested chicken on the salad that the chicken obviously came from a whole chicken. Â People who are not fans of dark meat or only eat breast meat would probably not care for this, but I think chicken from an actual chicken is fuller flavored and better quality (and not that strange, tough "chicken strip" stuff you get most places).
I have also tried the rock shrimp mac and cheese, which was full of delicious rock shrimp, and the brussels sprouts, which were good but not extraordinary.
My companion shared his escolar, which was tender and expertly cooked, and broccoli rabe and white bean salad. Â I took the white beans home for lunch the next day and they were perfect: al dente but not too al dente, lemony and garlicky and creamy.
I had good service both times, earnest and attentive. Â I loved Cafe Gutenberg (lemon cake, anyone?) and I hope this place catches on and is here to stay.
We had dinner on a Thursday night with friends. Â The green apple Mojitos were very tangy and tart. Â A nice twist on the usually syrupy sweet cocktail.
The arugula apple salad was ordered and it was fine.
The four of us then went Sea Food! Â I had the whole roasted Bronzini [Italian for sea bass, I believe]. Â It was nicely stuffed with herbs and whole garlic cloves. Â The owner was willing to accept a humble suggestion that the garlic could be roasted before stuffing the Bronzini since Al dente garlic is a little tough on the palate. Â The caramelized fig that accompanied the Bronzini was suitably figgy and tasty. Â The sides of roasted red and gold beets was very nice as was the stuffed baked potato. Â The purple rice crusted rockfish was pronounced delightful as was the blue crab cakes.
The flour-less chocolate cake with salted caramel gelato was divine. Â Great service complimented the evening, and it is always nice to be able to use the valet parking when dining in Shockoe Slip/Farmer's Market area of the city because parking gets dear in the evenings especially on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Â Enjoy!
The bare walls would benefit from some of the great local artists willing to exhibit in a public space in exchange for potential sales.
Fabulous! Â BF and I came here for our anniversary dinner. Â It's amazing what they did with the space, it looks completely different from Cafe Gutenberg and so...grown up and refined. Â When we first arrived, the hostess even took my coat to hang up so I wouldn't be burdened with it on my chair (though I admit, I had a bit of separation anxiety initially). Â Our server was very sweet and she was actually very knowledgeable about their wine collection.
Being a Special Occasion, we went all out and started with the cream of carrot & dill soup and the sweet Texas onion soup. Â Both are simply delicious. Â The carrot/dill gets quite heavy after a few sips. Â The warm, soft bread they bring you does a great job cutting up the heaviness of the soups. Â It comes with an agave butter that is simply lovely.
We moved on to the cognac duck rillette. Â To be honest, when it's in that circular mold shape like that, I was reminded of Fancy Feast dog food. Â The duck is pretty salty, but if you have it together with the fig shortbread and some of that marmalade-like gelee, it all balances out very well. Â And I don't even like figs.
For the entree, I had the purple rice crusted rockfish. Â Unbelievable. Â So tender and warm and juicy. Â YUM YUM YUM. Â Apparently the green cream (it has the look and consistency of pureed avocado) that came with it was a spinach absinthe cream. Â I couldn't make heads or tails of it. Â BF had the 12 oz strip steak with port wine and shallot butter. Â He ordered it medium, but we found it to be a little tougher than expected. Â They could have dressed the dish up a little more, too, we felt, because it was literally just a slab of meat on a plain white plate. Â We also had a side of baked potato that was stuffed with oyster mushrooms and gorgonzola. Â Um, why has no one started a gourmet baked potato eatery? Â I would go there all the time and get so fat. Â I digress.
Because no Special Occasion dinner is fully complete without dessert, we finished off with what I can only describe as an ice cream bomb: layers of vanilla, chocolate, and hazelnut ice cream with a generous dusting of coca powder. Â DELICIOUS. Â By this point in the night my food baby was already nearing mammoth proportions, but we still lapped up every last bite.
This is a solid restaurant. Â You know you'll have a great dining experience when you have such a difficult time choosing just a few things off the menu, and that's exactly what happened for me.
Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere and attentive service.
The Braveheart filet I ordered medium  was underdone bordering on rare (red and cold in the center). The flavor was delicious but when a 7ounce filet is $28 by itself I expect it to be cooked perfectly the first time and no I do not want to send it back to the kitchen. The Rockshrimp mac and cheese was fresh and creamy but rather bland, some cayenne or smoked paprika would have been perfect on it.
The potential to be something special but for now when I want a steak  done properly I will continue to go to Mortons and Ruth Chris.
