Au Bon Pain

It's summertime.  It's hot.  People want iced coffee.  PLEASE STOP RUNNING OUT OF ICED COFFEE.  And when you do run out, it's not acceptable to tell your customers that it will take 10 minutes to make more.  Today was the 5th time in a 3 week period that there was no iced coffee and I had to go to another ferry location to get iced coffee.  You're losing business because you cannot proactively get your iced coffee ready to go before it runs out.  You're a coffee spot--how does this happen???

I like stopping here for a lemonade/iced tea and a pre-made sandwich whenever I arrive on Staten Island. Always been satisfied with their fresh quality.

Mac n cheese.  Have you had their mac n cheese?  If not, GO GET IT NOW.  'Nuff said.
