My order of French fries had a finger nail

Horrible food. Pizza is left out at room temperature for hours. Tried two pasta dishes...both were horrible. Tried the Philly cheese steak...horrible! Don't know how they stay in business. The women at the counter need to be fired. Very immature and disrespectful. No customer service skills whatsoever. Gave this place many tries because it is in my neighborhood. No more chances..I'm done.

I had not tried their pizza in a while even though it is nearby. My daughter brought home a pie recently and said she loves it , and the slices were quite good. I once got a hero there and I was not impressed so next time I will get a chicken Parm and update my review.
