Robins Nest

excellent blues spot. very small, intimate and authentic with a heavy rotation of talent. the type of spot that might have existed in NYC 30 years ago (pre-gentrification) but lives on in the dirty jerz.

I feel honored to be the first to write a review.  I'm surprised by this, especially since there are so few blues clubs in the area.  Anyways, I love Robin's Nest.  I was there just last night for my birthday and the staff really made me feel special.  I went to see JB Lawson and boy, did he put on a show!  An added treat was Dean Shot, whom I had missed from the days when he was at Skippers in Newark, NJ.

If the venue were not so small I would've given them 5 stars.  Try the Pretty Purdy wings and the bread pudding.
