A Pizza Town

The pizza is a bit chewy and the crust is inconsistent with its consistency.  Apparently, the best days to order pizza from here are Mon thru Thurs, when the owner is on site making pies.  But when the weekend rolls around, expect a complete, and disheartening 180.

A cheese slice on Tuesday will taste like heaven compared to one ordered on Sunday.  The difference is in the pizza chef(s).  I'm not sure how many actually twirl the dough around, but I do know that Sunday nights are the worst night to order a slice or a pie.  If you can, try ordering from Venice or convincing yourself (if you're ordering for one) or convincing others to get in the mood for something else.

And to think, they share a name with perhaps the greatest pizzeria in North Jersey (of which they are NOT affiliated with in any way).
