Horrible food. Pizza is left out at room temperature for hours. Tried two pasta dishes...both were horrible. Tried the Philly cheese steak...horrible! Don't know how they stay in business. The women at the counter need to be fired. Very immature and disrespectful. No customer service skills whatsoever. Gave this place many tries because it is in my neighborhood. No more chances..I'm done.
Review Source:Just picked up a slice, girl with glasses, hair in a bun, comes from the kitchen and says really loud, 'WTF' everyone in the restaurant heard her! I was there with my 12 yr old. Girl who wanted on us, was texting on her phone at the same time. No wonder I had to repeat my order three times. Was a regular, no more. I am not going to put up with this POOR Service!
Review Source:The food here is excellent!! I really enjoy their zucchini and eggs hero. Â On Wednesdays their heros are $5!! You definitely can not beat that. Â We often order heros to my office on Wednesday. Â The only problem I have is the attitude of the young lady who always answers the phone. Â She is rude and she even has hung up before I was finished speaking or before I was given a total and I had to call back. Â My husband and I ordered heros last Wednesday night hoping the service would be better but it was still her. Â Hopefully this problem is resolved because I absolutely love Napolis heros! Â I still gave it four stars because the food is excellent I just hope whoever is there on Wednesdays cleans up their attitude to the people who are giving them business.
Review Source:Love the food here! Everything we've had here has been very very good. The food deserves five stars hands down BUT the service here sucks. The attitude of all the girls that work there (and it is all girls except for the chef) is horrible. We only ate at the restaurant itself the first time we went there, now we just order for pickup or delivery. Whenever I call, they answer the phone with such a bad attitude. Their tone is just plain out rude. The only reason we keep ordering from here is because they very good specials almost every weekday which makes the food very affordable. And, its delicious!! Our fave has to be the creamy pesto pasta with cajun chicken. Their pizzas are also really good and the toppings are loaded on there. The best is buffalo chicken pizza. Everything always arrives hot and fresh, and tastes freshly made. The cannolis (when they have them) are also amazing.

And hated her job, she definitely showed it .. Sliced pizza there is boring and my French fries had a dead fly in it that's was obviously cooked and stuck to the fry. Told the same cashier I wanted my money back n she refused , I only ate half the plate then realized the dead cooked fly so she only gave me half of my money. Dispicable. All the workers in there looked like they could care less . Seriously hire people with customer service !! I am giving 5 stars to the specialty slices and plain slices (dine-in). I recently had delivery from them and the pizza was alright, nothing to go crazy over...so that's 3 stars. Average that out and that's why I gave it 4 stars.
The slices (dining in) were good and surprisingly similiar in taste to their hylan blvd's location, impressed!
I don't know what it is about delivery pizza but it never taste as good as in dine in, at all pizzerias.

The restaurant is so much more than pizza! Their pizza is good but what I come here for is their hero sandwiches. Most of their heros are reduced to $5.00 plus tax on Wednesday. The sandwiches are large, full of meat and have good taste. They are made fresh. There are other daily specials such as pastas for $5.00 on Tuesday. Have never waited more than fifteen minutes for a sandwich even when they are busy. Â Also, there is a wonderful park across the street that can be visited. I like to eat here about once a week and I keep returning.

Seemed like they were doing good business, and most of the customers were regulars, who knew the owner & the people working.
Overall, it seemed like a pretty average, you get what you expect, kind of pizzeria. I might not go out of my way, but I'd stop in again.
Despite what others had said, I found their pizza to be pretty decent; I'm speaking from ordering their fresh mozzarella slice, not the regular one. I've never been much of a fan of plain pizza. Judging from the other reviewers, I'm guessing that I had pretty much dodged a bullet then. Their fresh mozzarella is not bad at all. It was paper thin (exactly how I like my pizza), and had a pretty flavorful tomato sauce. Again, not exactly the best out there, but it filled my stomach.

Usually we order from another place, but their pizza started getting more and more blah, so one day we ordered from here. Tonight we will be ordering delivery for the first time, but any time we've eaten there, its been delicious!
