Ballards at West Baden Hotel

This restaurant is located in the atrium of the beautiful West Baden hotel.  Unfortunately the food and especially the service don't live up to what you would expect from a hotel this nice.  It is self seating (but no one tells you that and no sign).  The wait staff will see you and walk right by and not acknowledge you.  The food was OK but both nights we ate there one of our dishes was cold. The menu is the same as the Sinclair Cafes for lunch and comes from the same kitchen.  Unfortunately I expected more.  Only ate there the second day due to lack of choices in the hotel.
