Bar-B-Q Shack Stepto's

NO Brisket at 12 noon on a Saturday!  I orderd the two tacos -one pork and one brisket. Was told no brisket, no explanation, no reason.  I had the chicken taco and the pork.  Others at table had pork wrap (it looked good and nice portion).  
No return trip for me.  Cold Tortillas, the pork portion was smaller than a hot dog but the chicken was tasty.  I might return for the beer, IF they continue the $1 bottle of beer special.  Get the beer, skip the meat.   I did like the selection of sauces,  The Tennesee was nicely spiced, I believe in bbq that the rub has more to do with flavor than the sauce you add after cooking.  Kinda like when the winery offers chocolate with the wines,  they are covering the bad wine....  

Ok place at best, not my cup of bbq - with all the other places in town,  I will keep looking for a good place to call my own.  Sticky plastic table covers, dirty beer six pack holders for the sauces.  ehhh?
