Canton Inn Restaurant

First, the GPS took me to the apartments behind the shopping center where this place is located. The address is correct though.

I went around noon on a Thursday and this place was PACKED!!! If you wanted to dine-in, you had to wait for a seat. I chose to get mine $7.00  buffet to-go.

The food wasn't spectacular but it defiantly wasn't bad at all. I got the steamed rice, lemon chicken, crab dragons, and spring rolls. Everything was nice and crispy and I thought the spring rolls were great.

Overall this is a pretty good place for a Chinese buffet.

I wanted to stay and hang out so I could keep eating all day long.  I went here with a friend for lunch the other day and I'm still talking about it nearly a week later.  The buffet was fantastic.  Clean, hot and lots of choices.  Something for everyone on this buffet.  They were busy but kept the crowds moving and the buffet stocked.  I can't wait to go back.

I didn't get to stop in on my last two visits to Evansville, but I remember coming here way back when it was still next to the Pie Pan and again when they moved across the parking lot. They had some of the best potatoes I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant. Also, I used to really love their chicken. I'm kicking myself that I didn't stop in.
