Bar Louie

Words fail to describe my displeasure with this place. I have never felt the need to write a negative review (I usually find SOMETHING positive to say) but this place needs a management overhaul ASAP if it's going to survive. The wait time during the dinner hour wasn't bad but everything else that followed was. We endured an inept server who seemed quite lost. The manager we spoke with didn't even introduce herlsef (I didn't get a single name)! After this two hour debacle we finally received our food and the icing on our cake...it was cold just like the way my heart feels for this establishment.

Physically this place looks great but this franchise seems to have forgotten that people make, or in this case break, the experience.

Visited bar Louie just recently, went in for a couple drinks to see what this place was all about. Was waited on by an attractive blond bartender, seemed nice at first but as more people came in she lost track of my wife and her girlfriends. She flirted and flaunted with most of the men that came in and at one point it looked as though she gave her number out to one of the guests. One of my wife's friends mentioned she had been waited on by this same girl at hotel restaurant downtown Rochester earlier this year and she seemed more intrigued by the male guests than actually doing her job. I have witnessed many attractive female bartenders that act much more responsible and professional, while she made good drinks she should've saved the antics for after closing time.

All in all atmosphere was decent and food at the bar was good.

This was the worst service I have ever gotten! The wait wasn't to bad but once we got in there we ordered drinks which are pretty overpriced. We sit down to order our food and we have a waiter who is completely lost and has no idea what is going on. We had to repeat our orders many times and we ordered drinks and received the wrong ones and this is just a few of the things that went wrong the waiter was swearing right in front of us and arguing with us when an issue was brought up! Completely unprofessional. Then we decided to stay for more drinks the wait at the bar was ridiculous the bartenders ignored is for the longest time but served people who had just came up to the bar. We had to order two drinks at a time to avoid such a long wait. I can say I won't be coming back and telling everyone I know not to go.
