If I could give no stars I would. Â Slow service, incorrect food, uncaring management... Â actually management was off chatting with their buddies while the servers and service fell apart. Â Waited 15 minutes before we where greeted by a server, then we waited another 25 minutes for our food. Â Then the food was delivered wrong. Â The remake was again WRONG... Â no mushrooms, really does mean NO mushrooms. Â Then another 20 minutes without seeing ANY server... then after asking for our check, our server disappeared. Â After tracking down a manager (who claimed not to know anything about our issues) Â our bill was magically comped. Â Our waitress actually broke down into tears telling us our bill was free.
Not sure where to lay the blame, but I gather it is a management issue. Â The managers seemed very interested to chat with buddies coming into the restaurant, or sit at a table and pound energy drinks. Â A simple lunch turned into a 1 1/4 hour ordeal.
I have eaten and enjoyed the bar at the Webster location, so I'm not sure if this is different ownership, but how can the 2 locations be so different in terms of management and server quality???
I am not too impressed with TC Hooligans. If you like to go out to feel like you are being judged or stared down by 'bros' and their snooty I am God's divine gift to this natural earth dates this is it. Not saying everyone here is this way, but I just get that vibe, and I have a friend who has also said this to me before about Hooligans. There are like 25 TVs literally lining the walls, and a cluster of them in the center of the bar too with nothing but sports playing. The food is pretty good (well from what I have tried which isn't much as I try to avoid this place like the plague). I got the macaroni and cheese wedges (about $7 on the appetizer list) and they were decent. The Capri Sun on the drink menu was really good though. I guess my opinion is completely biased about this place because it is not my preferred crowd or atmosphere, but I will only go if 'forced' to do so by friends.
