Bayou City Wings

**update 2**  Went last tuesday to enjoy the 2 for tuesday special with a couple of friends.  Having going to BCW since my arrival to houston in '05, I must say that this restaurant  has been backsliding.  While the food has been consistent, the service and value-for-money continually drops.  Without going too indepth, my dining companions were informed of a certain beverage being "out", only to see it in their refrigerator.  A member of management spoke to us and told a poor lie that didn't stand up to observation.  I've been in the restaurant business, and I'm more than aware of the little white lies you tell customers to cover your butt.  BCW has not made it to my banned list, yet.  But I will no longer go unless I have friends wanting to meet there.  It's an overall poor value-for-money for what is essentially fried bar food and poor service.

My family and I go here to get wings when we visit friends in Houston.  Our first experience was great. Service was good and food was good.  Our second visit was okay the service was really lacking and the wings were just ok.  Our third and last visit was one that will not be repeated.  The service was horrible our drinks sat empty for most of our meal and the wings were not that great. To top it all off when I went to order my favorite drink I was told they did not have it.  Then on a trip to the bathroom I spotted other people drinking it and when I looked in the cooler it was half full of them.  When I brought this to our servers attention he went and checked and they had my favorite drink. The manager came over and told me that the drinks were warm and they were not serving them to anyone.  So apart from the lying the poor service and and the mediocre food this the go to place for wings in Houston.

Sauce and service is excellent but the size of the wings were literally laughable. The smallest wings in Houston without doubt. I'm tempted to call the size BEYOND PATHETIC considering it cost me over $1 per wing. Do not eat here unless, you looking for a snack, not a meal.
