  A clean, open, cook to order fast food place. The chicken is superb, fast service, good prices, drive thru, plenty of parking. Can get a little busy at lunch time, the drive thru can get slightly backed up, remember, most of the food is cooked to order. Try the chilly fries...you'll be hooked.

  My wife and I really liked the food here and we think it was some of the best food we ever had - American food that is.. it was definitely a place where we will go again!

  After numerous stops here, I figured I'd give my take on some of the food:
  
  Italian Beef:  Average.  I don't feel like there is enough seasoning on the beef.  Even with the addition of peppers and/or cheese, its just a wet mess most of the time.
  
  Italian Sausage:  Pretty tough to go wrong with Italian Sausage unless you burn it.  Rarely does it happen here.
  
  Hamburgers:  Pretty good charbroiled burgers.  Customize it the way you want and you will be happy.
  
  Cheese Fries:  Hands down, best in the area.  Go on Friday's for half-priced cheese fries.  Speaking of Friday's........................
  
  Friday Fish Fry:  I have looked long and hard for a good fish fry in the Elgin area, and have had a tough time, largely due to my desire for perch.  Beef Villa offers perch on Friday's and it is remarkably good.  This is what I normally go here for now (and get half-priced cheese fries on Fridays).
  
  All in all, its a typical beef shop.  Nothing great, but there are certainly worse places out there.

  The Beef Villa franchise has gone down hill fast.  I used to frequent the location on Royal Blvd in Elgin when I was a kid and it was damn good.  These days, the effort is gone and with it went any trace of quality food.  A few years back I made Beef Villa my hangover cure, and would just blow $10 on grease, but I soon realized how awful it was, and for me.

  I have not been to a Villa beef in years but in the past it was always good food and this one is near my work so gave them a try a couple times now
  
  and won't be going back any time soon as there is better near by
  
  I got a hot dog it was ok but the fries were cold by the time i got back to work that doesn't happen unless they are old, like I said there are other places close by and fries are still hot when I get to work
  
  and this last week I got a Gyro big mistake !! first off when I didn't see meat on the spit I should of just gotten a hot dog or polish, then I see the guy put something in the microwave oh hell no the meat is frozen and you just nuked my meat, I don't use a microwave at home and I don't go to places like the arches across the street because they nuke your food
  
  as you can guess the meat was all brown and dry and tasted like crap
  
  won't be back to this location that is for sure
