  Love the owners and wait staff! Newly designed bar concept with full menu. If you haven't visited since summer 2010, you must return! The menu is new -- late summer 2011.

  Ever walk into a bar and get that "I might get stabbed here" feeling?  If you have a friend who claims to be into dive bars, take them to the Belgrade, and they'll be fully cured.  
  
  The clientele is a little rough around the edges.  I think probation cards are accepted when getting your ID checked at the door.
