    Stopped by here for a couple of drinks on a rain Saturday afternoon before a wedding.  They had a nice selection of beers. I had a local Ale and a High Life (sorry I am from Milwaukee).

    It was empty but we didn't mind after a 3 hour car ride from Milwaukee.  The bartender was nice and told us of all the place to have a drink later if we were up for it after the wedding.  Love getting the local scoop on things.

    It's in a kinda weird spot but we were lucky we found it next to the Stoney Creek Inn.

    If you need a quick drink and get the local scoop...Pub 1848 is a good place to start in Moline!

    For a new place, has a homey feel.  The bartenders are really nice to look at and friendly.   They even carry framboise
