We went to Benchwarmers Restaurant/Bar in Ankeny and got ripped off. We ordered 3 PRIME RIB sandwiches at $14.99 each. When they arrived, it was nothing more than a roast beef sandwich!! Basically, a French Dip Sandwich! The meat looked and feel apart just like roast beef! We complained and got the "That's what they send me for Prime Rib." Basically, a "too bad" attitude. We had had their Prime Rib Sandwiches in the past and are so disgusted to pay over $50 for the meal of roast beef!
Someone is getting screwed and it's obvious that Benchwarmers is not caring that it is the customer. We will not go back!!
