Not a bad pie, but was hoping it'd be better, since their reputation seemed to be so good. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated, but the service was kind of slow. Seemed like the waitresses had other things to do, like gossip. Anyhow, overall, it wasn't that bad for the price.
Review Source:This location is going downhill. I like the pizza here, but why would they take the chicken and broccoli Alfredo off the menu? I've come here a few times and have sat both in dining and bad area. Do not order martinis here because they do not know how to make them. I had a terrible blonde bartender on a Wednesday night serve the worse dirty martini. It was all olive juice! I told her that there was too much so this is what she does to fix it. She takes grey goose and puts in a shaker and then pours it into my dirty martini! While she was doing this I asked what she was doing and told her no, she still did it. This is not how you make a martini. I didn't drink it and told her it was god awful and also told her that that's not how you make or mix a bad martini and she said I know but you wanted more vodka. She was a completely terrible bartender and should not be making drinks. I returned the drink and we left. My advice don't order anything but beer, hopefully they can't screw that up!
Review Source:Whenever my family is in the mood for great pizza and a relaxed atmosphere we head right over to Bertucci's in Nashua. Â The service is always great! Â The menu pretty much has a little something for everyone.... Some great health options and the prices are reasonable too. Â This is a popular spot at times so there may be a little bit of a wait. Â If you are looking to go on a Friday or Saturday, it might be best to get there before 4.
Review Source:Came in for dessert after a show. 9:45 on a Saturday evening and the place was dead . Â Took some time to get the attention of someone to seat us. Â Took even more time to have a server come to our table and take our order. Â Dessert hit the sweet tooth craving. Five layer cake was to die for. Â A bit unsettling to have people cleaning all around us. Lots of banging of dishes in the kitchen and horsing around by employees at their exit door in the back (right across from our table). Â Considering they don't close until eleven, I was suprised managment wasn't supporting a more professional atmosphere.
Review Source:I can't count the number of times I have been here... Â Love this place... I used to stay at the Hampton inn across the street often, and would come here at least once a week.
The service and the food has always been great. I have sat at the bar most often, but the seating has also been great.
If you sit at the bar almost any bartender will do. Whether its John, Heidi or Sara, they will treat you right.
Love the pizza here.. Absolutely incredible.
We had a couple of gift cards and since we were away all weekend, decided to go for dinner. We were seated right away and there weren't a lot of customers there. Our server wasn't very talkative, took our drink order and left us to look over the menu.
We started with the Farmhouse Salad to share. It has  chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce, topped with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, roasted black olives and pepperoni, then finished with a balsamic glaze. We both enjoyed it.
We then waited for the rest of our order and it took at least 30 minutes before it came. Now I know why.
I ordered the Frutti di Mare which is new on their menu. It's a fisherman's stew of mussels, shrimp and Wild Alaskan cod simmered in a light tomato and caper broth, baked in the brick oven and served with crusty bread. And cost 16.99. It was over cooked and under seasoned. The mussels were actually baked onto the dish, it was so over cooked. Of the whole dish, only one of the 4 pieces of shrimp had any seasoning at all! The tomato and caper broth was basically stewed tomatoes with some capers thrown in.
My husband had the Cod Al Forno which is also a new menu item. Wild Alaskan cod, topped with herb crumbs and baked with marinated tomatoes and roasted red potatoes. It was 13.49. The only thing good was the potatoes. The "marinated tomatoes" were also stewed tomatoes from a can.
Our server never asked us how our food was, and just wasn't very personable.
All in all, we won't be back. This was our third time trying Bertucci's and two out of three were not good experiences.
I used to live in the area and have been to this Bertucci's around 8-9 times with my wife and 3 kids. Â This Bertucci's seems to struggle from time to time with getting folks seated, and semi-slow service. Â But, frankly, that's my experience pretty much anywhere I go, depending on time of day etc. Â On the whole, I've had pretty good experiences with this Bertucci's. Â The food is above average and tasty. Â Rest of my family absolutely loves the Margherita pizza and can get to craving it. Â Not enough cheese for me though :). Â This last time, I got a Calzone that was very good. Â I won't be raving about the food here, but I'll say it's pretty darn good and I'd go back. Â
Was just there recently and was reading the Yelp reviews. Â Bathrooms were OK (I visited and my wife did too), waitress was young, but very sweet, food came reasonably quick, no ducks nipping at us, but we were indoors :)
The only reason this place is even getting one star is because the food was decent and the dinner rolls were good. It took us a while to be seated and we finally got sat in a table near the back of the restaurant near the kitchen door. Every time someone opened the walk-in refrigerator door, a gust of cold air blew into the dining room and right to our table. Our waitress was not attentive and didn't even know the menu or what the soups of the day were. It took forever for the food to come and we didn't really get drink refills. Sitting near the back of the restaurant translated to having to hear LOUD plate and silverware crashing the entire time we were there. It just wasn't a good experience. However, the manager did come over and apologize and gave us a discounted bill, so that was a plus. I'd recommend getting take out and not eating there...
Review Source:Bertuccis, your food has become very salty, and your staff incompetent. What happened? You used to be a standby for my Margarita pizza cravings, now you burn my pie. You also started cramming more tables into already tight spaces, and never listen when I request a booth, even though there is no one else in the restaurant. Looks like it's time for me to move on. We had a good run.
Review Source:The outdoor seating was great, and on a beautiful day such as today was, it was our preference; the inside seating looked good as well. Our waiter, Pat, was unobtrusive, swift, and attentive. The outdoors view was rather scenic and pleasant. Hungry ducks walked around and waddled right up to everybody who might have been generous or clumsy. Elise had one nibble her toe; I had one poke my achilles tendon with its bill. But the ducks will disappear if you encourage them to leave.
Everything was enjoyable except the food and the prices.
Two stars.
Didn't use the bathroom, apparently I didn't miss much. Â Food was good and waitress was always available. Â However, I think that there is way too much garlic in the bread oil that they serve the bread with. Â Don't get me wrong, it is VERY tasty, however when I end up burping up garlic for the next 24 hours, it tells me that it may be a bit over board. Â The food is always good, rolls fantastic. Â Service has always been fine.
Review Source:My husband and I really like Bertucci's food but I have had restaurant employees tell me you can judge the kitchen by the condition of the bathrooms. The last time we went to the Nashua location, the men's bathroom had blood in the sink and broken toilets. The women's bathroom was equally disgusting. Regardless of the food, we aren't going back....really too bad.
Review Source:What the hell? Â Someone above me gave this place a low score because they didn't like the bathroom! Â Yeah, well, neither did I (urinal was busted), but the food was great, so I'll base my review on that, instead. Â I should note that I like the Bertucci's at this location better than some others that I have eaten at.
To start off, the dinner rolls were simply excellent, and plentiful.  Served warm, the outside was crispy, and the inside was doughy, with  a nicely presented olive oil dip, floating with herbs and parmesan cheese.  I know it seems odd to go on about rolls, but these were really top notch.
We then split a pizza with goat cheese, sundried and vine tomatoes, and spinach. Â Again, for the type of pizza (I usually prefer my crust puffy, rather than this crispy style), they did a great job. Â Toppings were fresh, and the pizza was not overcooked or dried out, as I have found with some brick oven places (I did request, when ordering, that it be slightly under done, for this very reason). Â You pay for quality, and this was a bit on the pricy side, but we had no complaints, only leftovers.
I never have room for desert; however, both of us made an exception for this trip. Â Fresh strawberry gelato, with fresh sliced strawberries on top, covered with an alcoholized custard.
I got an iced tea, my girlfriend stuck with water; the bill came to $32 plus tax. Â The waitress was friendly and attentive. Â Outside from the broken bathroom fixture and the slightly above average price, this experience couldn't have been better.
(Note: the portions here, for non-pizza items, seem to be what you might expect 15 years ago, before most of us turned into fat slobs, and started demanding quantity over quality- fair warning)
Meh is about right.
I ate at this location on a recent trip to Nashua. Â I found the pizza OK, but the bathroom was horrible, dirty and just plain nasty looking. Â I'm glad I waited and used it on the way out or I never would have been able to finish my meal.
I think they have a good concept, but the execution is poor and a filthy bathroom is simply unacceptable in a restaurant.
I love to avoid the chain restaurants but Bertucci's is not one of them, Brick oven and real hand thrown dough with all mozzarella and fresh ingredients, The rolls the rolls!!! anyway I'm not a real regular maybe every other month but it fails to disappoint, When you ask for extra extra garlic anywhere else what would you get? beware, here you get extra extra and not from a jar. The antipasto is also a hidden gem. I only have two complaints not enough booths and when the place is full it's horribly noisy.
Review Source:We were out late and got lost looking for our destination. Being in WAY past my feeding time I was a cranky and damn near bitch mode.
ANyways we stopped in here cuz I had it and needed FOOD. NOW!
Had a very nice waitress for kept the food comin. Bread and oil, salad and a pizza w/ chicken tomato gravy, mozzarella cheese and peppers.
I was feeling so much better about halfway through the meal. We got out of there (with togo box in hand )quick as we had to get back on the road to finish the journey.
