Bethel Square Restaurant & Lounge

Poor customer service, waitress (might have been the owner?) was extremely rude and seemed a little off in the mental health department. Food was mediocre at best, didn't matter since I stopped eating after I noticed the bugs on the floor.  I think a visit by the DOH might be needed?  As I was leaving (and I will never be back) I swear I saw kids in the bar area next door.  WTH??!!  Needs some major improvement.

A friend and I went thought that we would try the place out; what a joke, no night life to speak of, it's tiny and crowded with weirdly occupied group of people. we drank a beer and left....quickly! the "locals" got attention and served right away; we had to ask for a draft, not cool!
The restaurant portion i have heard it is not bad, i never had the courage to try it after the lounge. The parking lot is small and hard to manuver in, entrance back onto the street is sometimes difficult.
