Between the Buns

Ate here with my husband the other day.  I got the cheesesteak and onion rings and he got a chili dog with Merkts cheese sauce.  All in all, a good meal and would come back to try something else.  It seems that whatever the problem initially with the not so great reviews has been ironed out, as all seemed well on a Saturday afternoon when it was on the crowded side.

On a side note, the bathrooms are very clean which is always a good thing!

Came here for the first time today and I have to say it was pretty good.  I ordered try a  chili dog and fries.  The chili dog had a lot of cheese but still tasted excellent.  I wish they gave more fries and that the fries were crispy but they still tasted pretty good.  Only room I see for major improvement is the fries.  The interior was clean and good looking.  Definitely does not look like your average burger joint.

I have wanted to try this place for the past few months...hot dog place needed in the Gurnee area.  Too bad this is not that place, cold hot dogs, due to the fact they're frozen and grilled for just a few minutes. Fries are ok... Service is nothing special..oh well.
