Great waitress service and managers!

Went here on a Sunday evening for the ribs special.

Things were really busy; lots of people waiting in the lobby.  We called ahead for priority seating so we didn't have to wait in line.  Nice.

Decor is a bit like Outback.  Lots of TVs, lots of sports on them :)

We all ordered 4 ribs specials.  Comes with fries and corn but you can substitute for baked potato, broccoli, etc.  Ribs were just so so.  Not as tender as Rib City, and not quite as flavorful.  Two of the dishes were just lukewarm.  Mine was too hot so I ate my sides first and then tackled the ribs.

Service was so so.  We didn't see the waitress until after we'd finished, so no water fill ups or anything else.

We didn't try anything else on the menu so I can't comment on the full range, but if you're in the mood for ribs there are better choices out there.

After sitting for 10 mins without anyone saying hello or even offering us water...we left...
