Starbucks

I love that this location has a drive through. It has some very friendly people working there... Other days it has a bunch of rude kids working there who are more concerned with their socializing than they are taking care of customers. On two occasions, I used the drive thru, and my order was wrong. One time I ordered tea and was given coffee... How do you manage that? It is very inconvenient to have to return to the store, park, and go in to get your order corrected.

The only thing worse is drinking your beverage inside when the teen crew is working. It's like a soap opera as they discuss their drama loud enough for everyone to hear, and one girl was cursing while on a loud phone call. Maybe this location needs to reassess who they hire, or train everyone on professional behavior!!

This Starbucks is a great one, as many of them are! I used the drive-thru today and had a very friendly clerk at the window. So nice to do business with upbeat folks!

Would have given it a 4 star but had a cashier with an attitude.  The barrista though was attentive and my iced coffee was great.  Store condition was a little messy and didn't notice anyone attempting to straighten things up.  I still would return.
