I'm not sure I know much about reviewing pool halls, but as far as a local hangouts go, this place is great.
And for not a lot of money too. Though this place doesn't seem to have any glaring problems like leaky ceilings or broken sticks, take this small little building with a grain of salt. It's tucked away in a dark lot, and doesn't offer much in the way pleasing aesthetics.
However, I can't say the staff has been anything other than helpful and nice. And the crowd isn't too bad to boot. The lack of smoking in Ohio keeps the place pretty clear, and the Jukebox offers some drowning tunes for a stack of singles.
You'll find a lot of different people here. Young and old, couples and groups, and most just looking to have a good time and shoot some pool. I've yet to see a rowdy gang or a group that was out of line. Despite a shady visual element, the place is pretty awesome.
