Campbells Barn Restaurant is just that - a restaurant in a barn. It's a charming, well-lit space, so don't worry about any unsavory barn accoutrements here.
As you might expect, they serve country homestyle fare. There's nothing very innovative about the menu, but it is excellently prepared from what seemed to be fresh ingredients. Fried chicken an creamed corn top my list here.
Usually, I find "country restaurants" to be generic and underwhelming-- the lazy restauranteurs choice, if you will. But Campbells appears to have a passion for the food, and you can certainly taste it.
Also, they have a nice, large space for hosting events, which they promote pretty clearly on the menu.
