It is what it is - quick, you can pretend it's healthy, and kids like it. Â The chicken has the skin on but can make the choice between dark and light meat if you have a divided camp. Â Both sweet and regular mashed tators are good, green beans, spinach casserole and my hubby particularly likes their squash casserole. Â He has a hollow leg and wouldn't know a fat gram if it bit hit him in the keister, though. Â Works for us on Sunday nite.
