If you haven't been here yet-- you must go!

As a resident of Manchester, I am VERY happy that a place like this exists! My husband and I went just the two of us to the dueling pianos show, and we had such a great time that we are going back in a couple weeks with a big group of friends! We couldn't stop raving about it to them. We are music lovers and enjoyed singing along with the crowd and the entertainment from the piano players! Even more exciting when we threw down some cash and they played our song!

We sat at the bar when we went, as we didn't know about the reserved seating. However, our seats were fantastic and we were comfortable sitting at the bar-- I would sit there again in a heartbeat. The food selection wasn't bad, could have a few more appetizer choices in my opinion. It's pub like fare, and there are only 4 app choices. But we had the nachos and chicken tenders which held us over. There is a large selection of beer and wine, however, no liquor.

All in all-- such a great place! The service at the bar was very good and the bar tenders and managers were very friendly. I can't speak for the table service. I give it 4 stars only because the menu selections and no liquor... sorry, I'm a vodka girl ;-) Can't wait to celebrate my friend's birthday there in August with all of our friends!

    Eh.

That really is all I can say about this place.  I come back because an artist I like plays here occasionally, but otherwise I don't come.  Since my last time at Boynton's they got rid of a majority of the tables and chairs and replaced them with low sofas.  Although comfortable, I couldn't see the artist I just paid to see.

The food is not that good and the desserts are frozen.  If you're lucky enough that the dessert has been thawed you can at least expect that it will be ice cold to the point of freezing your teeth.  They only have beer and wine and what they have is really overpriced (wine is roughly $9-11/glass for wine that isn't that good, and beer is $9/each).  If I'm already paying to see an artist I don't want to pay $50 for two drinks and a frozen dessert.

Each time that I go to Boynton's I keep hoping that it will have changed.  And while some menu options have changed, they're not that good.  This last show my husband and I went to will likely be our last.

The food is largely shipped in frozen. The beer and wine is a poor selection for a place that calls itself a taproom, and everything is way too expensive.

For example, 2 pieces of largely frozen lemon chiffon cake, one glass of Riesling and two pints of a local pumpkin ale came to $43. (The ales were $9 per glass.)

If you're seeing a show at Boynton's, do yourself a favor and have dinner before you go there.
