Amazing food and service. 5280 week pushed our reservation back 45 min. But they comped our desert.

Went here last night to celebrate a small wedding. This was my first time here, and with the prices and look of the restaurant, I will say I did have moderately high expectations. The service, other than the hostess stand was absolutely outstanding. The hostesses need to get a reality check and start being friendly. You're the first impression of the restaurant and they were awful. Also waited 30 min. with a reservation. We got bored waiting and went to get a drink at the bar, to find there's no room for anyone not sitting in the bar chairs to order. You have to go over where the waiters are trying to pick up drinks- you get to bob and weave around understandably pissed off staff.
The biggest reason for the low score was the food. We ordered steaks, sides, scallops,   all across the board and everything was just okay. Nothing was seasoned properly, bland! I really wanted to love this place, and it just seems like an overpriced steak house that doesn't live up to the reputation. I will definitely be going somewhere else where a 300 dollar meal will actually excite my taste buds.

We met here for happy hour.  Wine was half price and there were a lot of delicious options.  We ordered and shared three appetizers - all of which were average.  Service was fabulous - not overbearing but always there to fill up our water glasses or ask if we needed anything.  Ambiance is a classic steakhouse.  Crowd was dead - perhaps better on the weekend.  Happy hour prices were decent.  I'd be willing to return, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
