I always have a great time when I come here. The food (the Tuscan chicken pasta is the best) is delicious and the service is warm and friendly. The fact that there are so many regulars hints at the quality of service. The adjacent pub offers karaoke/bands on the weekends, and Ian, the bartender, makes great drinks and even better conversation. I have yet to be disappointed.
Review Source:Review for Brother's Encore: take-out & dine-in
Take-out:  We order carry-out pizza here at least once a week / every other week. It's  good; still searching for better though. Only con is that they can't seem to slice up the pizza very well. We always end up having to re-cut the entire pie ourselves. They don't deliver. Pay cash if you can because they charge a credit card fee (take-out & dine-in).
Dining-in: Â Twice so far. It's a casual establishment. Service is ok- we've always gotten refills on our drinks without asking. Here's what we've had to date:
Apps: Â (1) Garlic knots - delicious! Served with marinara sauce. It's a must order; (2) chicken & rice soup: meaty, but on the sour / vinegary-side. Don't think they make it fresh daily nor serve it often because our server told me that it would take a few minutes for her to heat it up so I wouldn't get it right away. Hmmm.... Â
Main entree: Â
As always, their pizza is good. Â
Lunch specials: Â stuffed shells or was it manicotti? Either way, it wasn't anything special. The sauce was rather bland.
I've ordered the corned beef & cabbage on both occasions. Â First time: It was super salty! As if the chef dropped the entire contents of the shaker onto my plate. Â Ordered it again on my second visit, only because I love corned beef & cabbage and wanted to give them another shot. Â Still a bit on the salty side, but not as bad as the first and it was a bit tough. Perhaps it was left overs from St. Patty's Day weekend special? The cabbage & potatoes were tasty though. Â Nonetheless, I won't order it again and will just stick to pizza. Â
I gave Encore 3 stars based on what we've experienced. Willing to go back and try other dishes in the future-hopefully I / we won't be disappointed.
This place was decent. Nothing to write home to mom about.
I had the reuben. I make far better reubens myself but it was an average sandwich. They were a little stingy with the corned beef though. My son had the pizza. Once again I make better pizza at home. It was rather bland.
The service was okay.
I wouldn't go out of my way to return here.
